"Alright, come down," Nicholas Croft stopped as he walked into the room, holding a bottle of red wine in one hand and two wine glasses in the other, wanting the little thing clinging to his back to come down.
Sophie Foster tightly wrapped her legs around his waist and her arms even more tightly around his neck, her small face pressed against Nicholas Croft's cheek, playfully shaking her head, "Mm~ Put me on the couch."
With a helpless shake of his head, Nicholas Croft walked to the couch, turned around, and put Sophie Foster down, placing the goblets on the coffee table. Just as he sat down and poured the red wine, Sophie Foster was already entwined again.
She snuck in under his arm, climbed onto his lap, and asked playfully, "Uncle, did you miss Lara?"
"I did," Nicholas Croft smiled, pecking Sophie Foster's lips, then patted her little bottom, "Be good and come down, Uncle has poured you red wine."
