In the bathroom,
after their intimacy ended, Sophie Foster clung to Nicholas Croft's back, asking him to carry her to the big bed. While Nicholas was leaning against the bed smoking, she snuggled into his arms proactively.
Her small face pressed against Nicholas's chest, she looked up at him, "Uncle, is Lara considered your girlfriend?"
Nicholas exhaled the smoke with a half-smile, asking back, "What do you think?"
"Lara isn't quite sure." Sophie's eyes showed cunningness. Although Uncle Nicholas had introduced her to his friends, he hadn't admitted anything yet.
"Little rascal!" Nicholas affectionately pinched Sophie's nose, saying, "You're not Uncle's girlfriend; you're Uncle's little woman."
Seeing the pride in Sophie's eyes, Nicholas asked, "Is this answer satisfactory?"
"But," Sophie's eyes shifted, "aren't girlfriends supposed to be brought home to meet the parents?"
