Blinking her eyes, "I'm not pretending, I'm really scared," she said, hardly believing her own words.
"Really scared?" Felix Shaw's handsome face moved closer, the dim light revealing a clear smile in his peach blossom eyes. Mia Foster's breath hitched at the warmth puffing on her nose, and... that handsome face so close at hand.
What to do, she... really wanted to pounce on him.
Amidst her inner struggle, Felix turned his face sideways, his lips brushing her ear, each breath bringing a warm and intermittently intense sensation that tickled and was almost unbearable.
Mia Foster rubbed uncomfortably, listening to Felix's voice laced with laughter, "Aren't you pretending to be scared just to get me to comfort you? Are you satisfied with this now?"
