Waking up early the next day, Aotian opened his eyes with a satisfied smile as he hugged Rihai's naked body against his own.
He tightened his embrace a bit more, enjoying the moment, feeling his "younger brother" rising against her skin.
Gently kissing her neck, he felt her stir and wake up, blinking her beautiful blue eyes with a comfortable expression.
She turned her head and kissed him softly.
"Good morning…" She purred lazily, turning around and hugging him with still-sleepy eyes.
What she didn't notice was Aotian's gaze lowering to the valley formed against his chest.
Rihai slowly seemed to realize the situation as she woke up, and suddenly, she guided her spiritual energy, fully awakening. Her face turned red when she noticed the position they were in, especially when she felt that thing of Aotian pressing against her.
Panicking, she quickly moved away, pulling her clothes from the floor with her energy and dressing in less than a second before trying to escape.
Aotian felt a headache seeing her panic and about to run away. He jumped, hugged her waist, and pulled her back onto the bed.
"Why are you running? Didn't we already see everything we needed to see and taste everything we needed to taste last night? What's the point of running now?" he asked firmly, making her sit beside him on the bed, with him still naked.
Rihai clenched her pearly teeth at him, and her eyes involuntarily lowered to his body until they reached a lower region.
Aotian snapped his fingers in front of her face and rolled his eyes.
"My eyes are up here," he teased, amused, staring at her blushing face.
She quickly looked up and pulled his clothes from the floor with spiritual energy, and without waiting, threw them onto his lap, covering that thing.
"And we're having a normal conversation. Why is that thing standing up?" she complained with a bit of anger and embarrassment.
"Normal morning impulses, especially waking up with a beauty in my arms," Aotian shamelessly replied without blinking.
"You can suppress impulses with spiritual energy." Her lips twitched, unwilling to accept that excuse.
"Why do that? It's you beside me anyway." He shrugged and pulled her to sit on his lap.
Helpless, even with her face red from embarrassment, she sighed and rested her head on his chest.
'Well… I really have to get used to this. It's just Tian'er… naked and tempting, but Tian'er…'
She thought, embarrassed, trying to strengthen her resolve amid her shyness.
Thus, the two spent the morning together, talking and making up for the month they had been apart.
…
While Aotian enjoyed his good life, his avatars didn't stop working.
Fortunately, he could block the sensations that his other minds felt. What had happened the previous night was only seen through shared memory, not accompanied by real sensations.
This way, he could easily suppress the impulses that arose purely from recollection, using spiritual energy. Otherwise, it would be very strange to see all the elders with "pitched tents."
Additionally, he also blocked the sensations from returning, as such an exchange of sensations would distract his main body. Imagine doing that while feeling, at the same time, the act of creating pills, establishing formations, and so many other things.
Back to the avatars, all the available elders in the sect were gathered, flying through the skies and creating a complete mental map of the entire sect mountain.
'Humm… the right side shows a certain imbalance.'
Aotian's mind in the avatar Zhen Mo immediately detected small feng shui problems that had arisen after the previous day's changes.
[Name: Zhen Mo (Meaning: Ink of Formations)
Position: Outer Elder (Formation Pavilion)
Cultivation: Perfection of Foundation Establishment (Host's Realm - [Disabled])
Position Ability: Feng Shui Heart
Affiliation Skill: Formation Affinity
Position Bonus: Blueprint Generation (4 times per day)]
With the problems detected, he immediately activated the Blueprint Generation ability.
The energy of the five elements ran through the avatar's roots, forming complex patterns that Aotian didn't fully understand.
Then, when the patterns were completed, insights began to flow into Aotian's mind in that avatar. The mental map of the sect slowly changed, correcting the imperfections he had found.
Soon, a new complete map was in Aotian's mind, and all the avatars above the sect moved simultaneously.
A major reform began. Pieces of land were moved, formations were altered, redistributing energy in different directions. Plants were uprooted and repositioned.
Yang Shi and other outer elders of the alchemy pavilion followed the flow, planting seeds in strategic locations. Using their skills, the plants quickly grew, from seeds to powerful spiritual herbs.
The herbs exuded power and elements, slightly altering the environment and influencing the feng shui of the area. This was a common trait of spiritual herbs. Although lower-level ones had little impact, the more powerful ones could completely change the environment just by existing.
With the involvement of all the elders, the changes were gradually applied, following the mental blueprint generated by Zhen Mo.
Finally, with everything completed, they dispersed and returned to their duties.
Only Zhen Mo remained in the sky, standing on his sword, analyzing the environment and feeling the feng shui changes of the entire sect.
It had been almost a month since Aotian started applying the changes to the mountain with his avatars. However, since Feng Shui was a complex field, every alteration made to the mountain affected other areas, forcing him to make new adjustments.
The changes also took some time to become fully effective, and conflicts usually appeared only when they were almost completely stabilized.
Even so, after nearly a month of work, the Feng Shui of the entire mountain had changed considerably.
The former Eternal Sovereign Sect was cold, heavy, and oppressive. The very atmosphere brought melancholy, very different from the clarity and righteousness conveyed by the Bamboo Sword Sect.
But after a month of Feng Shui improvements, the sect's atmosphere began to feel clearer. It was no longer cold, but warm. No longer threatening, but majestic, giving off an immaculate feeling.
The major impurities entrenched in the soil and air began to dissipate, making the energy extremely pure.
The mood of those staying in the sect became calmer. The place was now excellent for meditation, cultivation, practicing skills, studying, or simply for rest and recovery.
All of this was guided by Zhen Mo's Feng Shui Heart, which gave him an almost supernatural sense for finding what caused imbalances on the mountain.
Not even Bao Wuji, with his powerful cultivation, could perceive the imbalance between the elements and the physical and spiritual nature of the place. Only Zhen Mo could sense such changes.
Feng Shui was something very supernatural, and Aotian had the feeling that it shouldn't be something so easily perceptible to cultivators who hadn't reached a higher form of power.
'Laws… most likely, Feng Shui can only be touched this easily by someone who understands the laws… ah, classic. Surely it's the famous invisible laws that make Feng Shui so important and hard to manipulate. The basics of Feng Shui are to treat all things as a living organism, or as one's own Dantian. By balancing them and shaping them into the ideal form, nature begins to operate optimally.'
Aotian pondered as he watched tiny impurities in the environment — ones that hadn't been expelled the day before — slowly being pushed away with the day's optimizations. Even smaller impurities would be eliminated once the changes stabilized.
'Today should be the last alteration I need to make on the mountain before reaching the peak of Feng Shui that Zhen Mo's current cultivation realm allows me to perceive. There shouldn't be any more changes after this…'
Despite the serious tone of his thoughts, his confidence would be more convincing if he hadn't been saying the same thing for the past five days. Every time he thought it was perfect, his pursuit of balance ended up throwing something else off-balance. But in any case, each adjustment always pushed the Feng Shui to a higher level.
Aotian had been testing Zhen Mo's Blueprint Generation ability and already understood its workings well. What it did wasn't generating a perfect blueprint but working with what Aotian already knew.
It was as if there was a project that would normally take a year to complete using all his knowledge, but with the ability, it was compressed and created in an instant.
Although entirely based on his own knowledge, the ability eliminated the long and exhausting execution time.
Thus, based on what he already knew, on the Feng Shui imbalances he felt on the mountain with Zhen Mo, and on the improvement ideas that came from that avatar, he created the Blueprints.
Because it was limited to what he knew, it was subject to errors, which was why it took a month to put everything in place.
In fact, the first 20 days were dedicated to the heavy work of completely remodeling the mountain, while the following 10 days were just for correcting flaws in the initial project. Fortunately, with this experience, he learned a lot, and next time it would be much faster to apply Feng Shui to a place.
Even so, already in the first major alteration, the mountain seemed completely different and much better. The following changes only enhanced that potential.
The energy in the air, although still containing impurities, consisted of particles so small that they didn't bother Qi Refinement or Foundation Establishment cultivators.
These cultivators could absorb energy directly from the air without needing to expel impurities, which greatly accelerated cultivation.
Purified through Feng Shui, the current environment was even more beneficial than relying on low-level elemental and spiritual stones. Although relatively pure compared to ordinary ambient energy, such stones still harbored impurities that required refinement — unlike the exceptional level of purity the current environment had achieved.
'Feng Shui is truly something powerful… When Zhen Mo reaches the Golden Core, the small Feng Shui flaws he will probably be able to detect will allow even the subtlest impurities — the ones that bother cultivators of that same realm — to be eliminated, enabling much faster and smoother cultivation for them.'
Aotian reflected with a serious look before a faint glimmer of amusement and curiosity appeared in his eyes.
'Having a territory to experiment with and do whatever I want will allow me to use my avatars' abilities to the fullest. If I had many more avatars, or avatars with much higher realms, maybe I could map my entire massive territory and apply a super Feng Shui to the whole region… hehehe, I wonder what would happen then…'
'It would be really interesting indeed.'
