"DOFLAMINGO!!!"
With a thunderous crash, Bullet's fists slammed into the glass wall, the impact echoing throughout the chamber.
"He looks just like one of those gorillas from Jungle, doesn't he, young master?" Enel said casually, tilting his head as he sized up Bullet.
At that, the veins on Bullet's forehead bulged even more. He was already on edge—this only p
ushed him further.
"You damn lightning brat!!!"
"What? Am I wrong? Gorilla?"
"..."
"You still haven't learned to control your emotions, Bullet."
Doflamingo casually scratched his ear, clearly annoyed by the shouting match, then silenced them both with a flick of his finger. He wasn't at all satisfied with Bullet's current mental state. Still too wild—still needed more "reprogramming."
"I agree," came a calm voice.
Issho appeared from the other side drawn by the commotion.
Doflamingo didn't even glance at him. Instead, he wrapped Issho up with his threads as well. He had no interest in dealing with this blind monk right now.
Turning back to Enel, he said coolly,
"Go. Let's see how far your training has really taken you."
"Test…?"
Enel, who had been grinning just a moment ago, suddenly froze. Something about Doflamingo's tone didn't sit right with him.
And then—
Clink.
A chunk of seastone dropped onto his shoulder.
His body instantly stiffened, the power of lightning vanishing in an instant.
...
Moments later, Enel stood at the entrance, shackled in seastone chains courtesy of Doflamingo.
The heavy feeling of powerlessness weighed down on him like a mountain.
Behind him, Bullet—restrained in a bizarre M-shaped pose and silenced with a ball gag—glared at him like a beast ready to kill.
It was all an illusion, Enel knew. The restraints were just for show.
"I think there are other ways to run a test. Maybe something more scientific, like how Judge does physicals," Enel suggested weakly, his voice almost a plea.
"Nope," Doflamingo shot him down. "That wouldn't show me anything about your progress—or your combat ability."
Enel's heart sank. He could feel it coming.
Doflamingo's voice turned even more sinister.
"Bullet, if Enel lasts longer than one hour against you, I'll halve your food rations going forward. But if you take him out within half an hour… I'll cut your workload in half."
Bullet began trembling violently—not out of fear, but excitement.
Enel's face contorted in horror. He already saw how this was going to end.
Watching the expressions on their faces, Doflamingo's sadistic grin widened.
He raised his long, lean leg and kicked Enel squarely in the rear.
BOOM!
Enel was sent flying, slamming right into Bullet. The two crashed to the ground in a tangled heap.
With the impact, the threads binding Bullet evaporated completely.
"You damn lightning loudmouth!!!"
Bullet roared and threw a punch straight at Enel's face.
He couldn't take down Doflamingo, sure. But this guy? Fair game.
Tch. You wanna mess with the young master? So do I.
Cursing under his breath, Enel crossed his arms to block the strike.
CLANG CLANG CLANG!
The seastone chains clattered as they took the brunt of the impact.
Even so, Enel was smashed to the ground, one knee hitting first.
Whoosh!
It wasn't the wind—it was Bullet's next punch slicing through the air.
CRACK!
Enel's head snapped back, swelling on contact.
"You bastard! Bullet, you mutt!"
Eyes red with fury, Enel lashed out with a wild kick aimed between Bullet's legs.
But Bullet was taller, and it wasn't hard for him to block the strike.
A twisted smile spread across Bullet's face.
He pounded his fist into Enel's exposed side.
...
Thirty minutes later.
Bruised, battered, and with multiple fractures, Enel was dragged out by Doflamingo's threads like a broken ragdoll.
Doflamingo surveyed the wreckage that was Enel and gave a satisfied nod.
Perfect.
