—Temari, could you guide me to Kankuro's room?
—Sure, follow me.
----------------After following Temari for five minutes----------------
"It's here," Temari said as we walked in.
Upon entering, I found Kankuro being treated by several medical ninjas.
"Move aside, I'm going to heal him," I said, approaching him.
The medical ninjas looked at Temari, who nodded in approval. Without hesitation, they gathered their tools and left the room.
[Main Quest: Cure Kankuro]
Rewards: 20,000 HP + 30 Relationship with Kankuro + 10 Relationship with Temari + Sensory Skill.
"Let's see how he's feeling," I murmured, approaching the unconscious Kankuro.
I placed my hand on his chest and channeled my chakra into his body. I quickly detected the presence of an extremely potent poison, designed to kill slowly.
"Whoever created this poison is a genius…" I whispered.
—Temari, what I'm going to do to heal him might be a bit overwhelming. If you don't want to see him, you'd better leave.
—He's my brother. I don't care what method you use, as long as you cure him.
—So, let's get started.
I approached his face and forced one of his eyes open. I discreetly activated my Sharingan and placed him in a genjutsu that wouldn't come out until I decided to.
Next, I created a chakra scalpel and made an incision in his chest. With precision, I cut the ribcage bones and placed them in a sterilized bowl the doctors had left behind.
I placed my hand over his heart and channeled the Jubi chakra. This not only healed the vital organ, but also spread to the other affected organs through the bloodstream.
—This poison is really strong… It'll take me a while.
----------------Time skip: 30 minutes----------------
—Finally, the poison is completely gone. Now, let's restore your body.
I took the bones from his ribcage and placed them back in place. I infused the Jubi's chakra again, and they regenerated instantly. Then, I closed the wound in his skin and applied one last chakra boost to complete his healing.
Finally, I broke the genjutsu, causing Kankuro to abruptly wake up due to the post-operative pain reflex.
"Welcome back," I said, placing a hand on his shoulder.
Temari immediately walked over and hugged her brother tightly.
[Mission Completed]
Reward: 20,000 HP, [Kankuro 30/50], [Temari 80/100]
[Sensor Lv Max -> Allows you to detect the presence of any person you wish with an unlimited range.]
Upon gaining the skill, I immediately perceived millions of presences around the world.
"Interesting… Let's see what's nearby," I murmured as I closed my eyes to concentrate.
After a few minutes, I noticed several chakra signatures gathered in one place, and another presence quickly fading away.
—Guys, I know where your brother is. I'm going to rescue him. Temari, stay here and explain the situation. When I get back with Gaara, we'll leave.
With that, I headed to the window and flew at high speed towards the detected location.
[Main Mission: Rescue Gaara or his body from Akatsuki]
Rewards: 40,000 HP + A Shukaku technique.
Upon arrival, I confirmed that this was the right place: the same stone cave that appeared in the anime, protected with seals.
—It's definitely here…
Using Kamui, I passed through the rock without being affected by the fūinjutsu.
Upon entering, I saw Gaara's body fall limply to the ground. One of the two Akatsuki present started to approach to pick him up, but I quickly moved ahead and secured him in a safe place.
"Who are you?" Deidara asked.
—I'm Luciano.
"How did you get here?" Sasori intervened, hidden in his puppet. "I suppose you're here to die."
[Mission: Defeat the two Akatsukis]
Rewards: 100,000 HP + An enemy-related skill if you kill it.
"Well then, let's not waste any more time."
I created two fire whips in my hands and launched one at high speed at Deidara, who was unexpectedly captured. The whip, in addition to holding, also burns the trapped person, making it a formidable weapon.
Wasting no time, I yanked Deidara's body up and began slamming him against every surface in the cave. Meanwhile, I kept Sasori at bay with my other whip, using it to attack him.
To finish Deidara off, I threw him against the rock at the entrance, which collapsed upon impact. His body lay unconscious outside the cave.
[1/2]
"So easy..." I muttered, a little disappointed.
"Now that I think about it, the only thing Deidara has going for him is his destructive power with his bombs. If he can't use them, his strength plummets."
"Okay, let's continue with Sasori."
Sasori, meanwhile, dodged as best he could until, suddenly, a whip caught him. I repeatedly smashed him against the walls and the floor until his puppet broke.
"Looks like Deidara has lost..." said a red-haired man, getting up from the remains of his puppet.
"Now you fall," I declared, undoing the whips and creating a spear from a Gudoudama I had just formed.
"I will turn you into a great puppet after your death," he said as he took out the Third Kazekage puppet.
Without waiting, I moved at high speed until I was in front of Sasori. In response, he made his puppet create metal spikes underneath me.
I just jumped.
"Thousand Sunflowers Thrust," I muttered, imbuing my spear with fire and delivering a thousand thrusts in a second to the puppet, which was charred.
"What speed...!" Sasori thought, breaking out in a cold sweat.
"I won't hold back any longer."
He then summoned a hundred puppets and opened a compartment in his chest from which many chakra threads emerged and connected to them.
The puppets moved forward at great speed.
I destroyed the first one with a powerful thrust; the next one with the butt of my spear, splitting it to pieces.
Five puppets quickly approached. I leaped up and infused my spear with fire before launching it at them.
"Fire Lance!" I shouted, causing a huge explosion that devoured half of the puppet army.
"Let's get this over with."
I raised my arms and a fire phoenix appeared behind me.
"The Flight of the Phoenix."
The bird took flight, creating a fire tornado that swept away the remaining puppets.
Without wasting any time, I appeared next to Sasori and struck him with the spear, sending him rolling across the ground until he crashed into the wall.
"You're good, but now I'll be serious," he said, removing his robes and revealing his puppet-like body.
"When I saw the anime I already found it disturbing, but having it in front of me makes it worse," I thought with disgust.
Sasori pulled a steel rope from his stomach, placed it on the ground, and climbed onto it. Two flamethrowers emerged from his hands and he began to attack me.
I ran and dodged his attacks until I found an opening. I launched myself over a wall and threw my spear at one of his arms.
The explosion left him disoriented, which I took advantage of to break the iron rope and stab him in the other arm.
As I fell, I roundhouse kicked him and impaled him on the wall with my spear, piercing his core.
"Now tell me something about Akatsuki's plans."
"Ha... I don't know anything, I'm just following orders. But for the effort, I'll tell you something: within a week, I had arranged to meet Orochimaru at the bridge near the Sound Village."
[2/2] + [100,000 HP]
"The points will be for Sasori's death."
[Mission completed: Defeat both Akatsukis]
Rewards: 100,000 HP + Chakra Threads Lv Max.
[Main Mission Completed: Rescue Gaara or his body from Akatsuki]
Rewards: 40,000 HP + Barrier Lv 1 (0/100).
Upon receiving the rewards, I smiled and headed to the spot where I'd left Gaara's body. The cave was beginning to crumble from the fighting.
Upon leaving, I ran into Kankuro, Temari, and the Konoha team. To my surprise, Shikamaru was standing in Natsumi's place.
Temari and Kankuro were happy to see me, but when they saw Gaara lying dead in my arms, they burst into tears. I walked over and placed him on the ground.
"Please don't come any closer yet. I'm going to try something," I said as I activated the Rinnegan and clasped my hands together.
Behind me appeared the King of Hell, who opened his mouth and let out a blue light that enveloped Gaara.
Temari and Kankuro waited anxiously.
Little by little, color returned to Gaara's body and, after a few agonizing seconds, his heart began to beat again.
Gaara was breathing.
I sat down, as Kankuro and Temari threw themselves at him.
[Relationship with Kankuro +20] [Kankuro 50/50] [Relationship with Temari +20] [Temari 100/100]
—System, do these two have any skills that would be useful to me?
[No, host.]
—Could you convert the rewards into System Points?
[Sure, host. I proceed.]
-Yeah.
[Temari 50 and 100 -> 300,000 HP, Kankuro 50 -> 150,000 HP]
-Brilliant.
Without realizing it, both brothers came up and hugged me.
"Thank you for what you've done for Gaara," Temari said emotionally.
"It's nothing," I replied with a big smile as I hugged them back.
However, a male voice interrupted the moment.
—Temari, what are you doing hugging that man? Remember, you're just my dog.
Kankuro was about to launch himself at Shikamaru, but what no one expected was for him to appear behind him.
I placed my hand on his shoulder and released some of my chakra. Everything around us began to shake as I forced Shikamaru to his knees.
"Who the fuck do you think you are? I'm from a distinguished clan in Konoha, so I recommend you let me go and hand me over to that bitch," he said, pointing at Temari with a shaky voice.
"Who am I? I'm someone capable of destroying your damn village in seconds and getting away with it," I replied, unleashing even more chakra. The ground shook more violently, and cracks began to open around us.
Shikamaru fainted from fear. Paying no more attention to him, I approached Gaara, who was beginning to wake up.
"Welcome back to the world of the living," I said to a bewildered Gaara.
"Who are you?" he asked, his voice still weak.
—I'm the help your friend Natsumi sent to save you.
Hearing that name, both Gaara and the Konoha people widened their eyes in astonishment.
"Do you know the demon?" Sakura asked contemptuously.
Hearing that, I appeared before her and unleashed a monstrous pressure that shook the entire planet. They didn't notice; they only felt the earth shake violently.
—I'll just tell you one thing: if you call her a demon again, I'll kill you, your family, and then I'll destroy your fucking village.
Finally, I slapped her, sending her flying into the woods. Her body carved a long dirt path through the trees.
"What a force!" they all thought.
After dissipating my pressure, I approached the brothers.
—Kankuro, do you accept the request I made to Temari?
—Yes. I'm not going to belong to that shitty village anymore.
"Okay, then let's go. On the way, tell Gaara what happened," I said, putting on my hat.
"Wait!" Kakashi shouted. "Who are you?"
—My name doesn't matter to you, but just remember one thing: don't mess with Crimson Reborn.
With that, I disappeared with my three companions into the Kamui.
"What have you done?" a confused Gaara asked.
—I've sent us near my village. Guys, would you mind telling Gaara the situation?
Time skip – 15 minutes later…
"Thank you for everything you've done for us," a grateful Gaara told me.
—Don't worry. My girlfriend's friends are my friends too.
-Bride?
—Oh, didn't I tell you? Natsumi is my girlfriend.
—What?!
—Also, since I belong to an extinct clan, I also have two more who decided to share me.
—Well, I still have a chance… —Temari thought.
[Secret Mission: Revive Gaara and unite him to your cause]
Rewards: 100,000 HP + 50 Gaara Relationship
[Gaara 50/50]
—Now that I think about it, Gaara can't give me anything I'm interested in. I already have the Jubi, and I'll also be able to unlock the metal release thanks to the function I created with the help of the system.
—System, convert rewards into system points.
[Sure, host. Gaara 50 -> 200,000 HP]
"Guys, we're here," I said, seeing the doors in front of me. "Let's go talk to Nagato. She should be in her office."
Time skip – 1 hour later…
—And that's all.
"So you killed Sasori, left Deidara half-dead but he managed to escape, and you also have information about a date between Sasori and Orochimaru…" Nagato said, pondering the information. "Thank you, Luciano. You've done a great job. You can leave while I talk to them."
—Guys, when you're done, ask Nagato how to get to my house. I'll see you there.
-See you later.
-Bye bye.
Time skip – 15 minutes later…
"Finally," I said as I opened the door. "I'm here."
To be continued…
