Statues that bake an endless amount of healthy delicious food in every town, village and city.
Protection sites that offer the ability to defend against all weapons as long as you don't try and hurt anyone, basically safe zones.
And the world has to deal with the consequences, free food, health care and Protection given free and easy to get, as the gifts can't be contained or kept away from other people.
The rich and powerful would of course try and figure out how to control and destroy them, and figure out who's putting them into the world, causing war between them and him.
