I walked a bit deeper into the forest. I couldn't really see or hear anything out of the ordinary; however, I then heard a scream.
I quickly started to run toward the scream, and thanks to my agility, I got there a lot faster. Peeking behind a tree, I saw a group of players trying to fight some wolves. Looking at their names, I didn't recognize them or their names from my past timeline.
'Hm'
"Ah Fuck, Get off!" I looked at one of the 3 players getting attacked by 2 wolves. One was biting a player's arm, while the other was biting the player's leg.
What made [Pandora] hard was that the players weren't given anything, not even starting equipment. In order to level up, they needed to try and gather resources to make their own weapons or just steal them from monsters.
On top of not having any skills, it made the beginning almost impossible, which is why most people stopped playing.
However, they did come back after the money conversion feature was added.
Considering they weren't going to be a threat to me or were going to be anything in the future, I decided to exit the forest.
Seeing me, the players started to shout.
"H-help," the girl on the ground shouted
Seeing me, the wolves stopped biting her and glared at me before charging me.
[Wolf]{lvl 5}
Seeing that they were both level 5, I brought out my other dagger. Using my agility, I quickly ran toward them and appeared in front of one of them before plunging my dagger into it. I then jumped backward, dodging the wolf's claws from the other one. However, I then swung my other dagger into its eye, and it stopped moving.
[+55 XP]
Pulling out my dagger, I swung it to get some of the blood off. Looking at the girl, she seemed to be a bit grateful.
"Than-"
Throwing my dagger, I watched as it pierced the girl's head and she collapsed to the floor. However, unlike the wolves, her body pixelated before disappearing.
[+36 XP]
"Hey, the hell!?"
Ignoring the shout, I quickly charged toward the group and finished off the wolves surrounding the group. This caused the remaining wolves to move back, which gave me an opportunity.
Moving quickly, I thrust both of my daggers into both of the remaining players, causing them to turn into pixels.
Looking at the remaining wolves, I charged toward them and quickly finished them off.
After putting the corpses of the wolves into my inventory, I stretched before opening my status window.

Looking at my XP bar, I couldn't help but click my tongue.
'Forgot how tedious it was to level up in the early game'
I also couldn't just buy high-tier equipment as I was dead broke and I doubted there were many quests that were here.
'Guess I should quickly sell this shit'
Turning my back, I started to walk back to the village.
Every village must have a merchant as the merchant guild really loved money. Selling monster corpses should get some money to rent an inn and a decent weapon. As I approached the village I noticed that the guards staring at me more intently.
I ignored them and focused on my stats.
My agility was higher than most of the beginner monsters here and some of the NPCs so I didn't exactly need to invest everything into it. In fact it probably would be better to invest in my magic power and intelligence as I was going to get the [Shadow Mage] subclass.
With a sigh I decided to put three more points into agility and the remaining points into [Magic Power] and [Intelegence].
Walking around the town I was able to find a small stall with a large lizard like monster sleeping. In the stall was a man dressed in grey reading a book. Approaching him I tapped on the table to get his attention.
"Oh, good evening, sir, how can I help you today?"
"How much for this?" I asked as I tossed 3 daggers on the counter
Looking at the daggers with an expectant look, he turned his gaze toward me and gave me the price: "3 coins."
Nodding, I took the three coins before I placed the monster corpses from my inventory, causing the man's eyes to widen.
"Now, how much?"
After a long negotiation, we arrived at 120 coins, which, after buying a good pair of daggers, I was left with 78.
I couldn't help but sigh as I looked at the daggers. They were pretty good for a wandering merchant; however, I wanted a scythe. Unfortunately, wandering merchants didn't carry advanced weapons like those. All they had were spears, swords, daggers, and shields.
If I wanted to get better weapons, I would have needed to head to a big city, which was like a few hours away, and I couldn't do so as I had a quest to complete. That's also not mentioning the overleveled monsters that surrounded this place.
Sighing again, I continued to look for an inn. Considering I had never been here before, I didn't exactly know the layout of the town.
As I was trying to find an inn, I heard a scream before it was cut short. I quickly followed and found something I expected.
'Fucking degenerates'
With how realistic everything was, there was a reason why this was considered the "Second World". However, with there being no real guidelines or rules, people did whatever they wanted. It was common in the early years for groups of players to go around assaulting NPCs.
Following the shout, I saw a disgusting scene.
In front of me, I saw a group of three players trying to undress a female NPC. With an annoyed sigh, I then threw one of my new daggers. It flew through the air before it stabbed into one of the players ' heads.
The next second, the guy turned into pixels. Quickly, I appeared where he stood and grabbed the 2 other players.
I then slammed their heads forward, causing them to be thrown forward. Picking up my dagger, I then quickly appeared in front of one of the confused players before I stabbed my dagger through his face, causing pixelated blood to spray everywhere.
Looking toward the other guy, I slowly walked toward him as he scrambled back.
"St-stay aw-" appearing in front of him, I stabbed my dagger through his head.
I then looked at my notifications.

'Not bad'
With that, I turned back to the girl who was looking at me, terrified.
"You should go home," I advised before walking off, but then stopped. "Hey,"
Turning, I saw the girl freeze before looking at me with a scared face. "Know where the nearest inn is?"
She slowly nodded.
"Show me,"
She then slowly got up and started to walk, and I followed her.
