It was 2 in the afternoon, Keahv now fully knew he was in Naruto.
Shinobis all over the village, people with red eyes with tomo in them.
And thankfully, for him. He was in the leaf Village.
It was basically the America of the Naruto world.
They had everything he could ever ask for, a education system(Even for orphans), and libraries with thousands of books on ninjutsu and any other career you might wanna do.

Keahv after 3 weeks still didn't know how to level up, he did exercise, trained, and even learned some of the basics in the academy's books.
But still nothing.
"Well I know that i'm a orphan, but since i'm apparently from a very wealthy clan, the council let me live on my own, and since my parents were smart they made sure i would have citizenship."

As he finished he looked around he was inside one of the houses that he owned now.
He quickly took a breath in and out.
Apparently it was Summer break or something.
"Great the one time I actually want to go to school. It's closed."
Keahv knew he had to do something, he knew a lot of things are gonna happen in the future, and he needs to be prepared.
He doesn't have any leveling up system or anything like that, or at least nothing appeared yet.
He doesn't know how he supposed to get stronger, he knew for a fact, if he just trained, it wouldn't matter.
He wasn't from a godly clan or had any reincarnation of God, he was reincarnated sure, but wasn't the reincarnation of a God. He was just the reincarnation of a normal guy that didn't even have chakra or anything in his world.
He needed something like a system for a advantage. He has a system, but it's not giving him quest to level up or nothing like that.

Keahv gets out of his couch.
He didn't have time to do nothing. He decided to go to the library to try to train his chakra since physical training wasn't getting him anywhere.
As he walked through the streets of upper Konoha, he noticed a lot of things that he had missed before.
Happy faces of people trading and buying goods.
Shinobi's running around through the roofs.
A bunch of high pitched voices talking about the latest news about something. Probably a bunch of moms or women gossiping.
It was a good afternoon. No bad weather, no crimes, just a quiet happy village.
As the cold breeze passed by his body, he finally reached the village's Library.
It was a massive building, from his memories in the Reanimated Naruto series, Naruto himself learned a bunch of small techniques that helped him create his own ninjutsu
- (The flying lightning energy ball) A very advanced technique that uses the fundamentals of The water dragon jutsu as well as The electrical blast.
'If he could create such a overpowered Jitsu by just learning the fundamentals from some random books in this library. Then I also need to study up'
He started to wonder and think in his mind.

He truly hopes that he could learn enough for his Chakra to at least get to level 5 by the time the Academy starts.
As he Open the doors and entered, he notices only 3 people actually in.
A man then sitting down in the back of the Library tables.
2 Women that probably work here behind the desk area.
He quietly walk through them.
