Chapter 19 - Undead Battle

snake upon hearing the order from Tim, instantly charged recklessly at the nearest snake. The other two snakes were stunned that their own brother would attack them, but they snapped out of it when Tim's puppet clamped down on the body of one the snakes.

Wasting no time, Tim's puppet snake released a large amount of acidic projectile from its mouth directly into the other snake's body.

The snake on the receiving end of the damage screamed in pain while the other snake attacked Tim's horned snake.

It charged at Tim's snake with its horn pointed towards Tim's snake to impale it. Tim's undead snake saw the second snake's charge but it ignored it and continued to release a large amount of Acidic spit from its mouth into the other snake.

PUICHH

The second snake impaled Tim's undead snake and the force of the stab with the horn threw Tim's undead snake away from the other snake.

Unfortunately, by the time the second snake interfered and knocked Tim's undead snake away from the first snake.

Tim's undead snake had already released sufficient amount of acidic spit directly into the body system of the first snake. Which smoked and poisoned the first snake from the inside.

The first snake made one last sound of defeat before it fell to the ground dead.

[ Ding! First Indirect kill]

[ +100EXP]

[First Indirect Kill Bonus -> 100EXP]

[Bonus for killing a Level 4 beast -> 300EXP]

[+200 EXP for the Undead Horned Snake]

Tim was fully surprised. He did not expect to get exp when he was not the one that made the kill, but according to what he was seeing now.

It turned out that as long as the one that was related to him made the kill, then it would be counted as his own kill.

Tim once again subtly remembered how broken a necromancer can be if he or she was left in the right environment and condition to grow.

Looking at the stat that was given to the horned snake. He figured another thing about his unique system.

His undead beast would always evolve and grow. But the difference was that his named undead would grow much faster than his unnamed undead. Looking at his current undead horned snake for instance.

If it was named, then it would have probably gotten the same level of exp Tim got from his kill, but because it was unnamed. It only got a specific fraction of the exp that Tim got.

Looking at the two remaining beasts fighting themselves, Tim wondered if he could directly control and fine tune the movement and the attacks of his undead snake. If that was possible, it would have been a new source of fun for Tim.

The two snakes roared at each other.

The both of them currently were covered in acidic spit and most of their bodies had wounds and they were bleeding profusely.

Tim's undead had two holes in its body and was bleeding from it, while the last snake had a deep bite on its body. The bite was a result of Tim's undead snake fighting back immediately after it was pierced.

[ Undead HORNED Snake in critical condition. Would you like to recall the snake?]

Tim saw the request pop up in front of his vision and he smiled. "So, the undead can also die. I can just revive it if it dies. I am a necromancer after all.

No, I will not recall the snake." Tim said, which in turn closed down the request tab.

Looking at his now battered snake. Tim had a thought in mind. He wanted to see how far his undead would go in other to fulfil a request that he gave.

"Kill that snake by all means and cost." Tim instructed the snake with a calm voice. It was time to see how far the snake would go for him.

The snake that was staring down the other snake, in an effort to catch its breath heard Tim's command.

Tim's command was absolute and it could not in any circumstance deny the other of its creator. The undead snake instantly charged with its own towards the other snake.

The other snake dodged the charge by a slim margin and the undead snake crashed into a nearby tree. BOOM

The tree fell from the force of the collision. The other snake opened its mouth and released a jet stream of acidic spit at Tim's currently downed undead snake.

The range was too close for Tim's snake to dodge so the acidic spit landed in the major part of the undead snake body. It majorly entered the large sized wounds that were on its body.

Tim's order still ringing in its head, it stood up weakly and emitted its own projectile towards the last standing snake. The snake surprisingly dodged the projectile once more.

Then it charged with it's horn once more towards the head of Tim's weakened undead horned snake. PUICHHH

The horns of the snake impaled with force Tim's undead snake's head.

[Undead Horned Snake is dead. Revive Time 1:00:00]

Tim was surprised when he saw that he could actually revive his undead. Wouldn't that mean if he had an army then the army would almost be immortal. He smirked then pointed towards the corpse that the undead snake previously killed.

Instinctively his passive skill, Seek Me O Death. Activated.

A black smoke appeared around the dead snake and swallowed it. Instantly Tim replaced his dead undead snake with the now undead snake that he just revived.

Once again, a shadow detached from Tim's own shadow and from within the shadow that detached was Tim's new undead snake in a peak condition.

The last snake was totally stunned. All it saw was a black smoke cover and swallow up the body of its dead partner then almost immediately its dead partner came out alive and in a peak condition from the shadow of the mysterious elf that appeared in its cave.

Tim busted into an uncontrolled laughter after witnessing the sudden pause and confusion on the snake's face "Sorry but you met the wrong person today."
