Chapter 575 - Chapter 575: Meeting! Meeting!

The two figures appearing before everyone's eyes were unmistakably members of the Ōtsutsuki clan.

There was no doubt about it. When Kaguya and the Sage of Six Paths had appeared on the battlefield, countless shinobi had witnessed their terrifying power firsthand. Even after the Fourth Great Ninja War, many had sketched their likenesses and recorded their appearance for reference.

So, when the portraits of these two Ōtsutsuki clan members were presented before Konoha's top leadership, recognition was immediate. The shock in the room was palpable.

Shikaku Nara spoke first, his voice calm yet serious as he looked toward Naruto. "Naruto, if I'm not mistaken, these two are the Ōtsutsuki clan members from beyond our world that you've warned us about!"

Naruto nodded firmly. "Yes. That's them."

Shikaku frowned deeply, his mind racing. He had warned Hokage Kakashi to stay vigilant for future threats, but he had never expected the threat to arrive so soon. Something was off. According to Naruto, this invasion should have been years away—seven or eight at least—but here they were. The Ōtsutsuki had arrived far earlier than anticipated.

Ibiki Morino leaned forward, examining the portraits closely. His gaze then shifted to Naruto. "Naruto, judging from these images, they're still moving through space. Are they heading toward Earth now?"

"That's right," Naruto confirmed. "Toneri is on the moon, and he has been using the Samsara Eye to monitor the Ōtsutsuki approaching Earth. This is what he discovered recently. I had Sai draw these portraits so everyone here could have a clear image of the threat."

Everyone in the room nodded solemnly, beginning to understand the gravity of the situation.

Given the formality of the Hokage high-level meeting, Sai was not permitted to enter, so he remained outside.

Sasuke Uchiha, while not normally part of such councils, had been granted a seat due to his immense strength and his close relationship with Naruto. He took his place beside Naruto, his demeanor calm and composed.

Ino Yamanaka spoke next, her voice carrying curiosity laced with concern. "Naruto, according to your previous estimates, the Ōtsutsuki clan was supposed to reach Earth in seven or eight years. Why did they arrive now?"

Her question caught everyone's attention. Even Kakashi, seated nearby, paused thoughtfully.

No one could deny it. Since the end of the Fourth Great Ninja War, the ninja world had enjoyed a long period of peace. Naruto's warnings about potential threats beyond the world had been noted and respected, but in the absence of immediate danger, life had resumed its course. Marriages took place, young shinobi trained diligently, and ordinary people went about their daily lives.

But now, the enemy had arrived, earlier than predicted, shaking the fragile sense of peace. A tense silence filled the room as everyone processed the implications.

After a few moments, Naruto spoke, his voice calm but resolute. "Don't misunderstand, everyone—I'm confused too. The timing of their arrival has advanced far beyond what I expected. I didn't anticipate this."

He paused, looking at each of the leaders present. "I believe it may have something to do with my rebirth. Many things in the ninja world have changed, and that may have caused the Ōtsutsuki clan to reach Earth earlier than expected."

Seeing the worried expressions of the leaders, Naruto offered reassurance. "But don't worry. Sasuke and I are confident we can take down these two. There's no reason to panic."

Before anyone could respond further, Sasuke snorted sharply, cutting the room's discussion short. "Why is everyone talking so much?"

Immediately, silence fell. All eyes turned toward Sasuke. His gaze was sharp, his tone commanding.

Sasuke leaned forward, hands resting on the table. "I asked Naruto to inform you so that you would be aware and prepared. This isn't a friendly visit from strangers. When these two Ōtsutsuki arrive on Earth, they will not come as allies. Understand that."

Naruto opened his mouth to add something but was stopped by Sasuke's authoritative glare.

Sasuke continued without hesitation. "Naruto and I have decided to station ourselves on the moon. Once we locate these two, we will take the initiative to strike. The battle will end on the moon before it ever reaches Earth."

He paused, letting his words sink in.

"Second, had we not discovered their presence on Earth early, they would have sought out the Tailed Beasts. Therefore, it's imperative that this meeting happens now. The five great nations must dispatch ninja to protect the Tailed Beasts. If you detect these Ōtsutsuki before we do, inform Naruto and me immediately. Do not engage them directly; it will be futile."

"I've finished." Sasuke leaned back in his chair, his composure unshaken.

Jiraiya smiled faintly from his seat, amused by Sasuke's blunt confidence. The Uchiha had certainly inherited his father's pride and the boldness of the reincarnated Sage of Six Paths.

Kakashi sighed quietly, shaking his head. Sasuke's arrogance had not waned since their youth.

Some of Konoha's senior officials frowned, slightly irritated. Why was Sasuke acting like the head of the council? He didn't even allow Naruto to speak. Yet, despite their annoyance, none could argue with his authority. Sasuke's power and lineage demanded respect. Like Naruto, he carried the bloodline of the Sage of Six Paths.

Once Sasuke outlined the plan, Shikaku turned to Kakashi. "Hokage-sama, we should convene a Five Kage meeting immediately."

Kakashi nodded, and the high-level meeting of Konoha concluded.

Shizune immediately left the room to coordinate with the Information Department. They had to connect with the Kages of the other four villages as quickly as possible. Within ten minutes, the online conference system was ready, eliminating the need for a face-to-face meeting. Four monitors displayed the leaders of the other nations.

Kakashi entered the room, Shikaku and Shizune behind him. Naruto and Sasuke followed, taking their seats.

The Raikage's voice came first, firm and impatient. "Kakashi, why the sudden meeting?"

Ohnoki grumbled, smacking the desk lightly. "You young ones have more energy than I do. You even woke me from my nap!"

Gaara's expression was alert, his hand resting lightly on his weapon. "Hokage-sama, has something happened?"

Terumi Mei observed quietly, suspicion flashing in her eyes. "Konoha wouldn't act this urgently without reason."

Kakashi nodded gravely. "You're correct. Something has happened. The necessary details have been sent to you via our communication channels. Please review the documents."

The secretaries quickly printed the two portraits from Konoha and handed them to the Kages.

As Raikage saw the images, his eyes widened in shock. "This… this is… Ōtsutsuki!"

Ohnoki's brow furrowed. "This is very bad."

Gaara and Mei exchanged solemn glances, their thoughts heavy with the weight of the threat.

The Raikage pointed decisively. "Kakashi! Step aside. Let Naruto take over this briefing!"

Kakashi, unbothered by the Raikage's assertiveness, smiled. "Very well, Raikage-sama."

He gestured for Naruto to step forward. The young Hokage-in-training moved confidently to the center, and his image appeared on the monitors for all to see.

"Naruto!" Gaara exclaimed, relief flashing across his face as he waved.

Naruto nodded in acknowledgment. "Gaara."

The Raikage crossed his arms, frowning. "Naruto… you said the Ōtsutsuki invasion would occur seven or eight years from now. Why are we discussing it now?"

Naruto took a deep breath, ready to explain the unprecedented circumstances and prepare the Kages for the emergency ahead.
