Chapter 208 - Chapter 208: The Thieves—Frieza and His Father Revived

Chapter 208: The Thieves—Frieza and His Father Revived

As the door quietly closed, a shadowy figure stealthily slipped in from the ceiling—then a second followed.

Because they didn't release even the slightest trace of their energy, not even Lin Qi, who happened to pass by, noticed a thing.

The two figures, one tall and one short, moved sneakily. Judging by their outfits, they were wearing the distinctive battle armor of the Frieza Force, with a strange protective suit over it.

The moment they landed in the room, they began rifling through drawers and cabinets, all while muttering to each other.

"Damn, whose house is this huge... Where the heck is that radar anyway?"

The other figure quickly rushed up behind the speaker and clamped a hand over his mouth. "Shhh! Keep it down! What if someone hears us?"

"Aren't we wearing gear that blocks ki detection? What's there to be scared of…" The first man grumbled as he shook free, though his voice did become much quieter.

"Hurry up and find it. Ever since Namek was destroyed, Earth's our only target…"

"And those two powerhouses are off-world right now. This is definitely the best chance we'll get!"

The two whispered back and forth as they kept rummaging through the room.

"You need time machine fuel again? What exactly are you doing with that thing?"

Lin Qi and Bulma were walking down the hallway. Hearing the voice from outside the door, the two intruders flinched and instantly leapt to the wall, trembling in fear.

"Why do you care what I'm doing with it? Just give me the fuel!" Lin Qi's voice was getting farther and farther away.

"Come back for it next time, I'm really busy right now…"

Only when the voices faded completely did the two figures move again. They let out long sighs of relief, then resumed their frantic search.

Meanwhile, Lin Qi and Bulma arrived in the courtyard. Dende was playing chess with Dr. Brief, likely just killing time while waiting for the food delivery.

"Dende, I'm back. If you've got stuff to do, you're free to go," Lin Qi called out, waving toward Dende.

Hearing the voice, Dende turned his head in surprise. "Mr. Lin Qi, you're back so soon?"

"Yeah... Nothing major, so I wrapped it up quickly." Lin Qi gave a casual reply as he headed over to the sunshade by the artificial lake.

"Hey Bulma, have someone bring me something to eat, I'm starving…"

Seeing Lin Qi had returned, Dr. Brief stopped playing chess. He looked at Lin Qi with curiosity. "So, did you bring back anything interesting for me this time?"

"Nope." Lin Qi yawned lazily and flatly refused. "You're too old to be messing around with dangerous stuff."

"Cheh…" Dr. Brief shot him a look of disappointment, then turned back to continue playing chess with Dende.

After eating his fill, Lin Qi soon received the food delivery. With the takeout stacked too high to fit into a capsule, he teleported straight back to the Realm of the Gods.

"Delivery's here!" As soon as Lin Qi reappeared, he tossed out the capsule. A massive seafood platter tumbled out, forming a tall heap.

"Where's Broly?" Lin Qi looked around and turned to Whis, who was currently applying gravity pressure on Goku and Vegeta.

Whis quickly floated over to the seafood pile with a cheerful smile. "Hoho... He was lagging behind Goku and Vegeta at first!"

"So I sent him to a different dimension to work on his fundamentals."

"...You're sure it's not just because you didn't feel like teaching him?!" Lin Qi gave Whis and Beerus—who were happily eating—a suspicious look.

Still stuffing his face, Beerus glanced coldly at Lin Qi. "Don't think we're your errand boys... Once I've finished eating, I'll train him myself."

"You said it!" Lin Qi grinned, finally satisfied. "You can't go back on your word!"

Whis paused mid-bite, turned to Beerus, and chuckled with a hand to his mouth. "Hoho... How rare! Lord Beerus, offering to personally train Broly?"

"Has the sun started rising in the west?!"

"Shut it, Whis! Can't even enjoy a meal with that mouth of yours going nonstop. Ignore me!" Beerus barked in annoyance.

"Hey hey... Save some for us…" Goku called out, struggling to run over.

But with the bulky gravity suit he had on, his speed was more like a tortoise crawl—and Vegeta wasn't doing much better.

"Training looks intense," Lin Qi remarked offhandedly, no longer paying them any attention.

"I'm off!" He teleported once again, this time to Universe 4 to visit Quitela.

No playing favorites—of the 1,600 portions he brought for Beerus, the rest were going to Quitela and Cognac.

He still couldn't figure out why Dende had asked for so many portions!!

Not long after Lin Qi left, Vados and Champa arrived—just like in the original timeline.

Their food rivalry had escalated from instant noodles and eggs to gourmet seafood platters and grilled desserts.

Back on Earth, things weren't peaceful either. The two Frieza Force soldiers quickly left Bulma's place with the Dragon Radar in hand.

They immediately contacted Sorbet, who was on a spaceship just outside Earth, and reported their success.

"Well done. Now follow the radar and start gathering the Dragon Balls!" Sorbet smirked, clearly pleased.

"Lord Frieza, you'll be revived very soon!!"

"Oh, and one more thing—just a reminder. The two Saiyans who killed Lord Frieza aren't on Earth, but there are still other strong fighters…"

To Sorbet's kind warning, Shadow #1 responded with a sneer. "I don't get it—just how strong can they really be?"

"Hmph, all talk. A hundred of you still wouldn't beat any of them!" Shadow #2 scoffed.

Shadow #1 clearly disagreed but kept his voice low. "Hmph, I'm not buying it."

They pressed the radar and were immediately stunned—all seven Dragon Balls were already gathered.

Even more surprising—they were inside the Kami's Lookout!

These Dragon Balls had originally been collected by Piccolo as a precaution against Majin Buu.

But due to Lin Qi's involvement, they were never used and had simply been left in the lookout.

Hiding in a corner of the lookout, the two Frieza soldiers were dumbfounded. If they tried to snatch the Dragon Balls by force, they might draw attention from powerful Earthlings. So, they resorted to spying and biding their time.

After some observation, they noticed that only a Namekian and a shadowy figure were guarding the lookout.

Oddly enough, neither of them seemed interested in the Dragon Balls. They just spent their time gazing off the edge into the distance—no idea what they were looking at.

So, dressed in their ki-blocking suits, the two soldiers stealthily infiltrated the lookout and stole all seven Dragon Balls.

Everything happened without a sound—Dende and Mr. Popo didn't even notice the theft.

With their prize secured, the two soldiers bolted and quickly returned to the spaceship.

Looking at the Dragon Balls, Sorbet's grin nearly reached his ears. He immediately summoned Shenron to make a wish—

To revive the slain Frieza and King Cold!

The Dragon Balls flew out of the spaceship, scattering toward Earth, while Frieza and his father—now fully resurrected—looked around at the surrounding Frieza Force troops in utter bewilderment.
