Time Patrol Trunks had already fed Senzu Beans to the unconscious fighters earlier, and now they were slowly gathering near Chronoa.
"Lin Qi?!" Time Patrol Goku, who had just caught a Senzu Bean, looked over at Lin Qi standing not far away with his hands in his pockets, his face lighting up with joy.
"Lin Qi, I didn't expect you'd actually have time to show up?!" Time Patrol Gohan looked surprised too, but quickly broke into a smile.
The moment Lin Qi appeared, everyone felt a wave of relief—as if hope had finally materialized before their eyes.
"It's been a while, everyone!" Lin Qi waved toward the Time Patrol members standing together.
"Lin Qi…" As soon as she'd recovered, Pan bounced over to Lin Qi. "We've all missed you so much!!"
"Heh…" Lin Qi reached out to pat Pan on the head. In his timeline, this girl hadn't even been born yet.
"What are you doing back here? This fight belongs to me!" Vegeta, although clearly glad to see Lin Qi, still scoffed with his usual arrogance.
"Hmph! If you dare to interfere, don't blame me for getting rough!"
"C'mon, Vegeta, what are you even talking about? We can't beat that guy at all!" Goku frowned, gritting his teeth as he spoke bluntly.
"Hmph, what do you know, you idiot…" Vegeta shot Goku a disdainful glance, then turned toward Lin Qi.
"You showed up too early! Might as well just sit back and wait for the post-fight meal! As for Demigra… we can handle him ourselves!"
Lin Qi already had a good sense of how this Vegeta operated, though he wasn't sure which parallel timeline this one was from.
But one thing was clear—this guy was all bark and no bite. Full of pride, sure, but not the kind to put his ego before the greater good.
"Since Lin Qi's here, let's fuse, Vegeta!" Time Patrol Goku grinned and clenched his fists, looking over.
"Hmph, you don't need to tell me!" Time Patrol Vegeta turned away with a tsundere huff—but his body moved honestly, jumping right next to Goku.
"That same old trick again?" Demigra watched Lin Qi warily. "Didn't think you'd actually show up…"
"They're inviting me to a party," Lin Qi replied casually, flashing a smile up at Demigra before turning to Chamel. "Redhead, switching sides now?"
"Hmph, I've always been a loyal servant of Lord Demigra!" Chamel declared without fear, clearly standing her ground.
Robelu tapped the conductor's baton in her palm. "Lin Qi, Lord Demigra has always admired your strength. Haven't you considered joining our ranks?"
"I wouldn't mind leading your team…" Lin Qi smiled, though his eyes remained cold. "Problem is, Demigra just refuses to step down."
As they exchanged these few words, Goku and Vegeta's Fusion Dance had reached its final step.
"Fu…sion…!"
A blinding light lit up the war-torn Time Nest. When it faded, Time Patrol Goku and Vegeta were gone.
Standing in their place was a powerful warrior—Time Patrol Gogeta!
"Hahaha… I thought you came to get your hands dirty yourself, but it turns out you're just here to watch the show?"
Demigra sneered at Time Patrol Gogeta, but deep down, he was relieved. The only one he truly feared…
Was Lin Qi—the one capable of killing Mechikabura. As for the rest, they didn't concern him.
"Oh? So you're looking down on me?" Gogeta didn't take kindly to Demigra's dismissive attitude.
He exploded with a surge of energy, shocking the rest of the Time Patrol members—including Gohan.
"Grandpa… go get him!" Pan clenched her fists, cheering for Gogeta. "Show him what you're made of!"
"Hmph, don't need you to tell me. And I'm not your grandpa—I'm the mighty fusion warrior, Gogeta!"
Now that Lin Qi clearly wasn't planning to intervene, Demigra finally turned his attention toward Gogeta. "What a joke. Even fused, the two of you…"
"You're still no match for me. Now die!"
Demigra raised his arms, and three distinct types of ki surged from his body—a complex blend. One was the negative energy he had absorbed from the dark scrolls. The other two… the familiar Dark Power and a divine energy of unknown origin.
"Heh… didn't think Demigra had divine ki now too." Lin Qi raised an eyebrow, narrowing his eyes at the sight.
Seems like no one had been slacking off in his absence. And who knows what that timeline's Towa and Mira were plotting this time…

"What's going on? That divine energy's way stronger than earlier. The negative energy is rapidly dissipating!" Chronoa frowned deeply, her tone tense.

"Still such a showboat, huh? You really should've just given them the Potara Earrings!" Lin Qi shrugged. Not that a reminder would help at this point.
Chronoa clutched her own earrings and gritted her teeth. "I don't care what his personality's like! As long as he can defeat Demigra, that's all that matters!"
As Time Patrol Gogeta soared forward, Demigra still didn't make the first move—just kept a wary eye on him.
Seeing this, Gogeta waved mockingly. "Hey, what's with all the hesitation? Don't tell me you're scared?"
Demigra's words had sounded confident earlier, but in truth, he was wary of Gogeta.
He knew all the timelines and understood just how strong a fusion warrior created by the Fusion Dance could be.
After all, he'd seen Gogeta in action during the final battle against Mechikabura.
"Hey, I'm talking to you!" Gogeta was starting to get annoyed at Demigra's passivity.

With that, Gogeta launched forward, instantly transforming into Super Saiyan 4. A smug grin spread across his face as he looked down at Demigra.

A powerful surge of energy erupted from Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, his strength so immense that it shook the entire Time Nest.
