"Mhm."
She slammed her fist down on the throne's armrest.
"Do you seriously expect me to believe you? No... let alone that, I can't even show you in public anymore."
"Why not?" Rael asked. "I'm a Darkness Demon, just a bit further down the evolution chain. Is it that big of a deal?"
"It's a pretty big deal," Lilith replied with several quick nods. "If I were to show you around the Demonic Lands, the demons would start to revere you as their god! Only demons from Hell can reach such absurd evolutions, and if one of them roamed the world of mortals, how would it look?" The Demon Queen Lilith has seduced an Abyss Demon! That's how it'll look!"
"Right..." Rael scratched his cheek. "So what if we just trim down my horns? You know, cut two off and leave the right one?"
