The underground chamber beneath the scorched plains of the Outer Forest buzzed with residual chakra. Flickering lights lined the walls, shadows stretching and shrinking like silent spectators. On the stone table at the center lay Yun, unconscious but stable. Monitors pulsed with chakra readings, and arcane sealing symbols etched into the floor glowed faintly in rhythm with Yun's heartbeat.

Uchiha Kiyo stood nearby, arms folded across his chest. His MangekyĹŤ Sharingan glowed faintly beneath the shadows of his spiky black hair, rotating slowly as he observed Yun's vitals.

"This will work," he murmured to himself.

Beside him, one of his perfected shadow clones adjusted the chakra stabilizer, its voice flat and mechanical.

"Yun's body has fully adapted to the pre-installed chakra flow sequences. The artificial pathways are synchronized."

Kiyo moved closer.

"Good. Begin transplanting the Jūryokugan."

The clone carefully removed a sealed scroll and unraveled it. A containment seal shimmered as it released a canister. Inside floated an artificial Sharingan—its tomoe surrounded by a glowing ring of chakra that pulsed like a living entity.

It wasn't a natural eye, but a result of Kiyo's forbidden experiments—a fusion of Mangekyō secrets and forbidden medical ninjutsu. He had named it Jūryokugan ( Gravity Eye). Designed not just to see chakra but to manipulate the perception of weight, it could slow enemy reactions, distort time within the opponent's senses, and break their combat rhythm.

As the clone delicately implanted the Jūryokugan into Yun's right eye socket, Kiyo reflected on the years of obsession that brought him here.

Ever since his return from the future, he had wanted more than just the Mangekyō Sharingan. He wanted a mass-producible dōjutsu system—one he could customize and enhance for his chosen soldiers.

The clone continued flawlessly, adjusting nerves and refining chakra flow networks. Yun's body twitched slightly, then relaxed.

Kiyo turned to another table.

On it lay Daichi, a former Root operative who had sworn loyalty to Kiyo after witnessing his overwhelming power. Daichi had already received an earlier version of the Jūryokugan, but today, he was being upgraded.

The Aokugan ( Azure Sky Eye).

Unlike the Gravity Eye, the Aokugan was crafted for reconnaissance. It granted panoramic perception, and could analyze complex Genjutsu matrices in real-time. Though it demanded exceptional chakra control, Daichi had been deemed a suitable host.

Kiyo stood between the two operating tables, his cloak rippling slightly as chakra filled the room.

"My eyes are no longer bound by bloodline," he said aloud.

"They are doctrine. An empire of vision."

He activated the synchronization matrix from the command console. The walls flickered with projection seals—chakra harmonics, neural conductivity, and visual integration data. The Jūryokugan implanted in Yun blinked once—its iris glowing steadily.

Yun's fingers twitched. He groaned and sat up slowly, wincing as pain pulsed behind his right eye.

"What… happened?"

"You've been upgraded," Kiyo answered, his tone calm.

"You now bear the Jūryokugan."

Yun blinked, adjusting to the disorienting input from the artificial Sharingan. He looked around—and gasped.

The world slowed. Every movement appeared stretched, every flicker of light elongated. Kiyo's chakra signature glowed like a storm in his vision.

"I can see… everything," Yun whispered.

"Not just see," Kiyo corrected.

"You can distort. Slow the perception of time. Disrupt their sense of movement. It's not omnipotent, but in your hands? Deadly."

Daichi stirred next.

The Aokugan activated with a soft hum—its lens glinting blue. Immediately, he scanned the room, his expression unreadable.

"I can map the compound's chakra flow," Daichi stated.

"There's a surveillance mouse-type summon in the northeast ventilation shaft."

Kiyo smirked.

"Excellent."

With his lieutenants now wielding artificial dōjutsu derived from his Mangekyō, Kiyo had taken the first step toward building a new elite force—The Eyes of Dominion.

Each member would receive a custom ocular enhancement tailored to their strengths—some for offense, others for sensory, infiltration, or suppression.

Suddenly, an alarm sounded from one of the monitoring seals.

A chakra signal had breached the Outer Forest perimeter.

Kiyo narrowed his eyes.

"Too soon…"

He funneled chakra into his Mangekyō, synchronizing it with the surveillance seal. The feed sharpened: a squad of ANBU Black Ops—but moving with unusual caution.

"Testing us already?" Daichi asked, voice flat.

"No," Kiyo replied coldly.

"They're bait. Someone stronger is waiting beyond them."

Yun stood, the Jūryokugan spinning. His chakra cloak began to shimmer.

"Then let me be the hook that catches them."

Kiyo grinned at the hunger in Yun's tone.

"Very well. Show them what happens when they face vision forged, not born."

The lights dimmed as the control seal rerouted power to the compound's defenses.

Yun and Daichi stood ready at the door, their chakra rising like controlled storms.

Kiyo turned his gaze upward, Sharingan glowing a violent red.

The age of legacy was dead.

The Era of Engineered DĹŤjutsu had begun.
