CHAPTER 8
"Although Jace's mother was a SIMBEO, his father was a MONDIN. It's a simple arithmetic. He had always hated that fact but seems like now, it in his favor." SLD Deric continued.
"So he had the blood of a SIMBEO and a MONDIN which means he can save someone he truly loves using a kiss. He could even save her if she is at the edge of death but as long as her heart still keeps on breathing." SLD Monica explained.
"So that means Jace is also in love with Kira all this time." Pearl uttered almost in smile.
With a throumbling cough,Kiara instantly sat up unexpectedly and spit out blood then fell back on Jace's hands. She opened her eyes slowly as she looked at them all.
"Kira is awake!"
One of the SIMBEO shouted in joy and they all became happy as they all smile knowing that Kiara has woken up from the dead.

They all got back to the SIMBEI and celebrated their victory of destroying Kora and his MONDINs. Kiara and Jace stayed at a corner with a glass of drink at their hands as they got into a discussion.
" All this is quite hard to believe it all looks intense, don't you think?." Kiara said with a smile.
"I guess it seems like that to you because you are still a child." Jace said mockingly with a cute smile.
"I am literally seventeen,so I am not a child anymore." Kiara pouted, trying to sound annoyed.
"Calms, I was just joking. So what are your plans after school?." Jace said as he change the topic of their discussion.
"Well after school,I will be going to my uncle's place at London for my university. Since he was my Mom's elder brother so he asked me to come over, but I will be back when I am done." Kiara explained with a smile but still wasn't happy she would leave soon.
There was silence for some seconds between them before Jace broke it.
"Hey! you wanna talk about that kiss-" Jace said in a low voice.
"Hrmm,well I guess there is nothing to talk about because you did it to save me." Kiara replied awkward .
"Then how do you think you got saved if they was nothing attached to it?" Jace pointed making her feel more awkward
"Well-Erhm-"
She could'nt gather the words up as the both staired deeply into eachothers eyes.
"My father had used such tricks to save my mother so many times before she decided to give up on her own accord, saying, he was a devil and she couldn't bare living with that fact. Then he stopped. If they isn't any feelings attached to it, and by that, I meant strong feelings, then it would never had worked."
Jace replied in a bit of haste.
"Why not?" Kiara asked
" My blood can only save the life of someone I care about." He paused at first, then continued.
"I Love you Kiara." Jace finally broke down as he held on to her hands close to him which made Kiara more confused.
"Kiara, since the first day I saw you, my attention had always been drawn towards you. You've always attracted me in one way or another. but I guess I didn't care that much at that time but now I can't hold myself back anymore." Jace confessed then he placed her hands on his chest and closed his eyes then took a deep breath before opening.
"Kiara would you be my girlfriend?" He finally blowed out. She was speechless and shocked at first. Never in her life had she imagined of such a moment. which made Kiara surprised as she smiled in joy.
" I would be an idiot to say no. I love you Jace!"
She spoke in excitement and jumped on him in a joyful hug.
"I love you so much Kiara."
he said in her ears then slowly but surely, their lips touched. kissed her so lovingly.
The moment was interrupted by the sound of a camera flash. they looked, only to see it was Pearl who was taking pictures of them and Luke standing behind her while they laughed.
"Oh,look at these two love birds. I am sure to post this and would surely get lots of hearts. Hashtag Jacria." Pearl tissed in excitement. Luke added.
"No. how about, hashtag-"
"No. Not at all. don't try it. are you guys forgetten we are in the SIMBEI. it is sure to show in the camera." Kiara said to Pearl as she understood. They modded.
"she is right. But make sure to send a copy to me please."Jace smiled making them all laughed.
"Sure thing. then after all these, we go out for a drink. Cause at last, victory is ours" Luke suggest making a smile plant on everyone's face.
"Owww, what about clubbing? it's been long I've been there." Pearl added making Kiara raise a brow.
"You club?" She asked surprised. Is this the best friend she thought she had always known?
"You have no idea!" Luke scoffed mockingly.
"I really don't know you, do I?" Kiara spoke in disbelief.
"I guess it's a fresh start for us then." Pearl shrugged.
Just Then, Peter walked up to them.
"Can I steal my daughter for a moment.?" He requested making them all smile and the rest walked away.
"Am so proud of you Princess. you've really grown, faster than I had expected."
"Oh Dad." Kiara rolled her eyes but in a cheerful manner making him smile.
"You really are like your mum. You risked your life to save the world."Peter said smiling.
"Of course Dad, after all I am yours and Claire's daughter." Kiara boost with a huge smile and hugged her father as the SLDs walked towards them.
"Kiara!" She called making her step forward.
"Yes SLD?" She responded.
"Are you fully ready and willing become one of us. A SIMBEO?" SLD Monica said.
Kiara looked at everyone with a smile whose faces are all glowing with smiles and Joy.
"To be apart of this humble family, now and forever?" She asked again.
Slowly, a smile crawled up her face, then spoke
"Yes. Yes I am!"
