Idan immediately realized that he had forgotten to put on his Ghost mask to hide his identity. Wasting no time, he grabbed Arabel's hand and ran away from the crowd that had begun to gather around them due to the uproar.
Unlike Idan, for Arabel, the Ghost mask had already become a part of her nature, and she almost never took it off. Due to their power as awakened ones, they easily covered the distance to the secluded alley. Once there, Idan immediately took out his Ghost mask and put it on.
The sensations were unusual. When his appearance and aura changed, Arabel, who was quietly standing and watching him, gave him a strange look.
"What?" asked Idan, noticing Arabel's strange expression.
"Well, how can I say… You really look strange!" Arabel replied, looking at his unusual new appearance.
His black hair has become lighter and slightly longer, and his brown eyes have turned blue.
