Antonio went to his penthouse for peace and quiet away from Chloe. Sebastian enters the room. "Boss the thing you requested has been done" He said.
Antonio lights a cigarette, he inhales and puffs it out. "Where is he?" Antonio asked.
"We have him detained in the warehouse" Sebastian said.
"That's music to my ears. Did you make it hurt?" Antonio asked.
"Our men made sure of that" Sebastian said. "Get the car ready" Antonio said.
"Yes boss" Sebastian replied. Antonio flicks the cigar gently on the ashtray. "That bastard messed with the wrong nigga" He said in irritation.
He picks up his phone and texted Melissa. {I'll be late today. Cancel my meetings and reschedule my visit to Roberto's}
"Let's go take care of business"
Antonio drove down to a warehouse. He was greeted by men outside. "Where's the prick?" Antonio asked.
"Right this way boss" A goon said.
Antonio was led to a room where a man was tied up.
The man had blood all over him, he was wheezing for air.
"How does it feel to finally have the table turn on you suddenly?" Antonio asked.
"I will kill you once I'm out of here" He said weakly.
Antonio chuckles in amusement. "There's no one coming to save you Davin"
Antonio pulled a chair and sat down in front of him. "You've become a thorn that needs to be dealt with immediately"
"Is this because of that slut?" Davin asked. Antonio punched him. "Call her that one more time and I swear I'll cut off your balls and feed it to you"
"You've no idea what you're getting yourself into. That girl isn't who you think she is..... Haven't you questioned yourself why she always fakes her identity?"
"It's not just because of Cheng Xing.... She's suspicious... She might be a spy" Davin said.
"What kind of a spy would sit back and take so much abuse from a jackass like you? I don't care what your theory is but I'm certain of one thing and it's that your presence is a threat to her safety" Antonio said.
"If you kill me now, do you have any idea the kind of war you'll create for your family? You might be the most powerful family in Mexico but you have no idea what my family is capable of" Davin said.
"I'm willing to take my chances... Killing you now is a merciful punishment, I don't intend to give such a merciful death. I'll inflict every pain you've ever inflicted on her" Antonio calmly replied.
"Why risk everything for a nobody like her? Is she really worth it or is there something else?" Davin asked.
"She's under my protection. I told you the first time we met that I wouldn't hesitate to paint the walls with your blood. I am a man of my word" Antonio said.
"For your secretary? Would you do the same for your fiancee?" Davin asked. That question took him by surprise
Sebastian brought out some torture equipments.
Antonio picks up a knife and cuts Davin on his stomach.
"I noticed the day she escaped from your place, she was bleeding profusely. Turns out you dug your fingers deep into the wound"
"Let's see how that feels like" Antonio puts his entire fist into the cut. Davin hissed in pain.
"How does it feel?" Antonio asked. "Fuck.... You" Davin said with gritted teeth.
"This is going to be a long day" Antonio said with a smirk on his lips.
Antonio managed to inflict a lot of pain on Davin. He cuts out his balls and dick and placed it next to him.
"Up next your heart" Antonio said.
Two men carried Davin on a table.
"You bastard" Davin said in pain. "I can't believe you still have the strength to talk" Antonio said.
"I'm gonna.... Make sure you... Regret this" Davin said.
Antonio cuffs Davin's hands and legs to the table.
"You need to save your strength Incase you have to say your final words" Antonio said.
"What are you going to do to me?" Davin asked.
"Ah I see you're curious as well. I'll harvest your organs and sell them off in the black market but the catch.... You won't be given any anesthesia.... You'll be fully awake to feel the pain" Antonio said as he picked up a surgical tool.
"You're a monster" Davin said. "Don't worry, your last moments is being recorded. I'll send it together with your dead body to your family" Antonio said.
Antonio wore a mask. "Enough talking, let's get to work" Antonio said.
He tore Davin open and harvested his organs. "Keep your eyes open... I want my face to be the last thing you see before you die" Antonio said.
Davin looks at Antonio. "That's it... Good boy. Take a good look at the man who sent you back to the creator"
He's eyes slowly closed. A device kept beeping nonstop. "Boss he's dead" Sebastian said.
"That's a world record... I admire his moxie.... Sebastian rap the body and place it in the freezer. Send his organs, including his dick and balls first to the family. Once that's done send the body together with the camera" Antonio said.
"Right away boss" Sebastian said.
Antonio returned to the company, he met Melissa on her computer. "Melissa I thought you must have gone home already. It's late" Antonio said.
Melissa looks at the time. "8:25pm. Shit when did it get so late?" Melissa asked.
"Have you had dinner yet?" Antonio asked. "No sir"
"Come with me I know a great restaurant" Antonio said. "Miss Chloe would be having her competitions tomorrow. She would like you to be present to support her" Melissa said.
"How do you feel about ballet?" Antonio asked. "It's particularly not my cup of tea" Melissa said.
Antonio nods slowly. "Pack up your things I'd be waiting for you downstairs" Antonio said.
"Yes sir" Melissa said. Antonio left the office. Melissa exhales sharply.
"Why is he taking me out for dinner? Did something happen between him and his fiancee? Or am I just a pawn in his games?"
Melissa packed her bag and dashed outside. She met a sleek black car parked outside.
Melissa opens the door and sat beside Sebastian.
"Melissa you're meant to be here with me" Antonio said. "Oh there's no need sir I'm fine here" Melissa said.
{Just go sit beside him Melissa. He's done a lot for you, at least he deserves some attention despite the fact that I know he wouldn't tell you what he's done for you. The war he has created just so he could keep you safe. Sitting beside him would give him peace} Sebastian thought.
"Now" Antonio demanded. "Yes sir" Melissa replied in fear. She had to sit beside him.
"Sebastian take us to eat" Antonio said. "Yes boss" Sebastian replied.
Antonio rests his head on the chair with his eyes closed. Melissa looks at Antonio, wondering why he looks so exhausted.

"Is there something on my face?" Antonio asked as he peeks at her. "No sir... There's nothing on your face" Melissa said.
Antonio folds his arm across his chest. Melissa brought out her laptop and began to work.
Antonio steals glances at her. He noticed how she bites her pen when she's frustrated. She sighs when she's tired and scratch her hair when she's confused
She leans closer to her laptop causing her hair to cover her face and making it difficult for Antonio to see her face.
Antonio gently tugged her hair behind her ear. Melissa paused in confusion.
{Her hair is soft, it's making me relax. Why is her hair so much satisfying just touching it? I love the color of her hair. It suits her especially the glasses} Antonio thought as he played with her hair.
Melissa didn't bother to stop him because she has called him for a while but he didn't respond.
The next day Melissa found herself seated beside Antonio watching Chloe dance ballet.
She didn't want to be here but Antonio didn't give her much of a choice.
Antonio on the other hand was busy on his phone. "Sir I suggest you watch miss Chloe, she really practiced extra hard and wants to impress you" Melissa said.
"You expect me to watch people jump and spin around till they get dizzy?" Antonio asked.
"That's the idea" Melissa said. Antonio leans closer to Melissa and whispered. "I'm not into such things" Antonio said.
"Neither am I but somehow my boss forced me to be here against my will" Melissa said sarcastically.
"Yeah because I promise to pay you today for the trouble" Antonio said.
"Money isn't the only solution to solve a problem" Melissa said.
"Of course it is. I can walk up to the judge and make a donation to the academy. In return Chloe takes home the trophy" Antonio said.
"The judges won't just hand over the championship to Chloe just because of a donation" Melissa said. "Wanna bet?" Antonio asked.
"Bet? What kind of bet?" Melissa asked in confusion.
"If I make the donation and Chloe gets the championship, you would accompany me on a business trip that I'll be attending, You'll be my plus one but if they refuse then I'll do whatever you want" Antonio said.
"That sounds shady.... Why are you striking a deal? I'll accompany you for the business trip whether I like it or not" Melissa said in suspicion.
"This is more fun" Antonio said. Melissa groans. "Shall we?" He asked.
"Shall we what?" Melissa asked. "Shall we find out if they'll put their morals above money" Antonio stood up and Melissa followed him.
Chloe searched the crowd but was pissed when she saw Antonio leave together with Melissa. The worst part was that Melissa was smiling.
Antonio went backstage to meet the judges. Melissa stood outside praying for them to reject the offer but she was surprised to see them shake Antonio's hand with smiles on their faces.
Melissa walks up to Antonio the moment the judges left. She gaped at him in surprise.
"See? You can buy a person with money, you just have to find out what they're willing to sell to get the money" Antonio said.
"How much was it worth?" Melissa asked. "Roughly fifty million" Antonio replied casually.
"You must really care about your fiancee for you to go through such lengths for her" Melissa said.
Antonio laughs out loud. "You get things twisted easily. I only did that just to show you how easy it is to buy a person's principle"
"You spent a huge amount just to make a point?" Melissa asked. "Of course.... How else would you have believed me if I didn't show you"
Melissa laughs awkwardly. "You won the bet fair and square..." Melissa said.
Antonio bent down till their eyes were locked on each other. He ruffles her hair and smiled softly.
"Pack your bags we're going to Japan" Antonio said. "Japan? When?" Melissa asked. "Tomorrow.... I'll have Sebastian prepare the private jet for our trip" Antonio said.
Chloe and her parents saw Antonio's hand on Melissa's head and their faces were inches apart.
"Antonio what are you doing?" Chloe asked in disgust.
Antonio didn't flinch, he ruffles Melissa's hair again before standing straight.
"Did you enjoy the show?" Carmen asked. "Yes" Antonio lied.
Chloe went to Antonio and clung to his arms. "You didn't see me win the trophy.... I knew I'd win and make you proud" Chloe said.
{Ugh... If only you knew he had to bribe the judges for your success} Melissa thought to herself.
"You seem too close to your secretary. People might begin to misunderstand" Fredrick said.
Antonio glares at him. "Anyone who has anything to say can come to me and voice their concerns" Antonio said.
"You make her feel too entitled.... You'll make her have the wrong idea. Don't forget Chloe is your future wife" Carmen said.
Antonio lowered his gaze to Carmen.
"If you have something to say then I suggest you get straight to the point or else keep your fucking opinions to yourself" Antonio said.
His gaze made everyone including Melissa to shrink in trepidation.
"Come along Melissa, we have business to attend to" Antonio said. Melissa followed him from behind..
