Carl had almost reached the forest when he felt like he sense someone,he immediately looks back but couldn't see anyone though he only sensed it for a second but after not seeing anyone he decided to proceed into the forest.

About five minutes more Carl sensed an aura as he looked in the direction Carl could see two pairs of blood red glowing eyes and a slight hiss was heard, Carl brought out his sword as the vampire came into view as sweat broke down from his forehead instantly.
This vampire is at the rank of gold and it's aura is nothing like Carl has ever seen , the vampire itself is a crazed vampire which are vampire which have gone crazy due to being addicted to blood the vampire has long elongated Sharp nails and it's not looking much humanoid anymore it's starting to look like a beast as two long fangs are being displayed in his teeth.
It's at the rank of gold no wonder all the investigators couldn't apprehend it will that kid be alright said the man with furrowed brows.
Carl instantly pushed his fear aside as a grin appears on his face I have been waiting for this moment he said, the vampire charged with his claws extending forward and it's speed is so great that Carl barely dodge but not without a scratch.
Ahhhhhh shouted the vampire as he charged towards Carl again, Carl instantly throw down a smoke bomb to block the vampire vision as he charged towards the vampire and cut off his hand swiftly, the vampire retreated by a few steps and attach his hands back the vampire then clapped so loud that it blew All the smoke away.
Carl was slightly distracted by the loudness of the sound as the vampire has appeared beside him and stabbed his long nails into Carl's waist as he moved away from the vampire in pain.
He quickly dipped his hand into his bag and brought out a healing potion and drank it all as his side started healing,carl activated one of his technique called fast steps as he became quite fast and charge in towards the vampire he swing his sword to cut off the vampire leg but his blade did no damage.
Carl went in and slash different places in it's body but no damage was made as the vampire skin is too hard, Carl realized that the time he was able to cut off it's hand was because it left it's guard down but now that it has its guard up his sword can't pierce it's skin.
Seeing the situation Carl activated his technique sun slashing first stage fire blade as his sword turned red as small flames appears on the sword,as he charged in again him and the vampire clashing against each other.
Both of them were going toe to toe with each other and the vampire realizes that the slashes made on his body by Carl are healing so slow,he knew that the technique Carl is using is very dangerous to him if he has his arm cut off this time it might not even attached again, and if he was to be beheaded he might die after knowing all this the vampire decided to back away.
Carl saw that the vampire has backed away looking at him and his sword warily, seeing this as an opportunity, Carl reached into his pockets and brought out a small ball like pearl and threw it towards the vampire,as the ball breaks and turns into tiny long sharp needles since the vampire was caught off guard the needles pierced into his skin deeply and each of the needles spread into the flesh of the vampire, stabbing his bones, muscles and even vains immobilizing the vampire.
The vampire was shocked as his movement has been restricted due to the needles, that needles is the most expensive weapon Carl has as it's purpose is to restrict the movement of anything used on and they will be immobilized and it caused Carl All he's money for just one ball since it's shape is in a ball.
This kid has some great ideas but don't that weapon cost a lot I bet he must have used up all his money for the weapon, but he should gain the upper hand now I noticed that technique of his has restricted the vampire from healing quickly what type of technique is that but let me see how this turns out said the man.
After seeing that the vampire cannot move he then knew that it's his chance,he holds the sword tight, concentrated as the flame on his sword burned more intensely sun slashing first stage utmost strike said Carl as he dashes towards the vampire at a great speed and swings his sword aiming for his neck but midway Carl felt something was wrong as he saw the vampire smiles, and suddenly the needles immobilizing him were all forced out and broke.
