The sun shined bright, the birds chirped, Sadie slowly opens her eyes she scanned the room before hopping off the bed, she freshened up and got ready for the day.
''Mom!...when is dad coming back?, i miss him'' Amanda's voice was heard from downstairs from the dinning table complaining as Sadie came down. Taro immediately spotted her and called her over.
'' Sadie come and join us'' She nodded and quietly went to the dinning table, taking a sit beside Amanda who was currently munching on her food.
'' Good morning Mrs. Monica' Sadie said her voice low and smooth.
'' Good morning Sadie.....how are you feeling?'' Monica asked serving Sadie breakfast.
'' Thank you am feeling a lot better'' Sadie said and Taro smiled Amanda saw that and asked annoyed.
'' why are you smiling Taro?'' Amanda asked and everyone's attention shifted to him.
'' i am exercising my face''
''really?'' Amanda asked and then leaned closer to him and whispers '' does that make you look more handsome?'' she asked and Taro smirked nodding.
'' then i will start doing it myself'' Amanda said and everyone laughed.
''you're so dumb Amanda'' Taro said laughing.
'' shut up Taro...Mom!'' Amanda shouted.
'' Taro dear, stop teasing your sister, and eat your breakfast.'' Monica said smiling.
'' I should be happy, i am in a very happy family, i should not destroy their happiness, let me always smile an be a good person for them'' Sadie said in her mind and then smiled softly,
'' Thanks Mrs. Monica....for the food and for letting ,me stay here'' Sadie said entwisting her hands.
'' you're welcome Sadie....you are Amanda's bestfriend that means you're mine too'' Monica said and Sadie nodded, she looked at Amanda who gave her a smile and at Taro who gave her a nod.
The TV was on, the news was playing showing a cliff , the cliff looked familiar it intrigued Sadie, she leaned closer to the Tv that's hanging on the wall of her room.
'' wait isn't that the cliff i....''
'' We are live at Semi seeing cliff, where a dead and decomposing body was found i will hand it over to our reporter there Mr. Karan back to you, can we meet you?'' The TV said and it shown the bridge and a man standing in front of the camera.
'' Yes, hello am Karan. The body was found under the cliff, by a random cliff climber, it said that it is a body of a young girl that was report missing for the past months, her body is so decomposed that it was nearly impossible to identify, the police are gathered by the clip investigating the scene'' Sadie gasped and got up from her bed and moved closer to the Tv it continued.
'' The girl was later identified by her friend, through the bracelet which is said to be their friendship bracelet, and the girl is none other then '' Charlotte Carter'' a high school girl who's life ended tragically by consuming rat poison. The victims family are mourning and honestly it is sad. That's all i know for now. We will update you if anything happens''.
The news ended Sadie let out three deep sighs, she was sweating from her neck, running her fingers through her hair.
'' Charlotte, is found....oh my god....and Kattie...no...no'' Sadie gasps pacing in the room. And then suddenly the door opened and Amanda steps in .
'' Sadie...''
''huh...?.''
'' I want to apologize for scolding you yesterday'' Amanda said her voice low her head bowed down.
'' It's okay you don't have to apologize, it's my fault, am sorry for the trouble i caused.'' Sadie said.
'' It's okay....don't apologize'' Amanda said and then her gaze accidently shifted to the Tv and her expression changed to a curious one.
'' Charlotte Carter, you were watching this?.....i felt bad for her really....oh well may god protect us from all harm and may her soul rest in piece'' Amanda said with a sigh.
'' Yes...yes....may god protect us'' Sadie replied and Amanda left the room, Sadie glances at the TV again, and she smirked not like she doesn't feel regret for killing Charlotte she remembered something.
''oh i remember i never.....checked on Mr. Greek, how is he doing? how about i go now, and checked on him if he can speak i know he is a blabber mouth , if he can, then.... i must get rid of him before he expose me.'' Sadie thought, and without any hesitation she plan to leave the house and head to the hospital where Mr. Greek was, it means he didn't get discharged he was still in the hospital. She let Amanda know she was going out but Amanda insisted she goes with Taro for safety.
'' is it weird that i somehow became your bodyguard?'' Taro asked as they both step foot in the hospital.
'' No it's not....i mean to me it's not'' Sadie replied as they wait at the reception.
'' ok...'' Taro said with a sigh.
'' Ma'am how can i help you?'' the receptionist asked with a smile on her face.
'' where is the patient Mr. Greek Alter admitted in? or whatever''
''are you supposed to say it like that?'' Taro asked.
'' yes ma'am room 204 by the side, are you his relative, partner or anything?'' the receptionist asked typing.
'' No..am his trustee student'' Sadie replied with a smile and the receptionists nodded and they walk away.
'' Why are you so eager to visit this teacher..? is he a good teacher?'' Taro asked as Sadie moves quickly to find the room.
'' he's our principle and he broke his neck and he is injured...and still in the hospital so i have to check up on him right?''
'' but why Amanda didn't''
'' i don't know that's her tea...'' They finally arrived at room 204, Sadie smirked looking at the door. And when a nurse came out she came back to her senses.
'' You wait here Taro....i will be right back.''
'' but...'' before he could finish she shut the door on his face.
''Ouch that hurts..'' Taro mutters.
Sadie slowly walks inside the room, moving closer to the bed where Mr. Greek was laying down peacefully, when she was completely standing over him, where he could see her which is in front of him she leaned in.
'' Hi Mr. Greek....remember me?'' Sadie whispers her voice sending shivers down his spine, he twitched, moved, his eyes widen in shock he only mumbles because he can't speak.
'' I told you, you will regret messing with me.... but you denied it. Look at your condition now...'' Sadie continues leaning back , her hand landed at the oxygen close to her which is helping him breathe his gaze quickly landed there too, he mumbles shaking his head as Sadie smirks.
'' I f i want to, i will not let you breathe but am not that cruel '' she said and moves away from the oxygen Mr. Greek let out a sigh of relief.
'' but do not think i will let you go easily....if you ever recover soon make sure you keep my secret do not tell anyone i pushed you *pause* or....you will never live to tell the tale again'' Sadie said her voice lace with warning, as Mr. Greek nodded slowly. And Sadie smirks in satisfaction.
'' Good.... then i must get going before someone get suspicious, see you again and make sure you keep our little secret Mr. Greek.....till we meet again bye'' she said her voice cold her smirk wide and she finally left the room, and went to Taro who was sited waiting patiently.
''What took you so long?'' Taro said stroking his hair.
'' we were having a very heartfelt conversation, that's it'' Sadie relied smiling.
''ok?...let's go?'' Taro asked and Sadie nodded slowly.
'' i wonder what's up with her...since that incident with Billy, she does not act normal , even though i haven't known her for long i can sense she wasn't like that before'' Taro thought, looking at Sadie as they walk out of the hospital.
'' I hope to get to know her better''
