Though the Continental Hotel had begun offering assistance, the exact circumstances remained unclear. Fortunately, with the Continental Hotel's help, the missing children were quickly found. However, the root cause behind these events remained unknown.
"So you're saying all of this... started three days ago?"
Ash had shed his usual travel attire, now dressed in full scheming regalia. His Pikachu, Meowth, and Chansey stood beside him wearing custom-tailored suits. To Ash, this incident was anything but ordinary.
Misty watched from the sofa as Ash conferred with Continental Hotel staff, police led by Officer Jenny, and medical personnel headed by Nurse Joy. As for Brock? He'd already been escorted away for harassing officials and was currently awaiting processing at the Continental Hotel's fitness center.
"Yes, Bass... It started three days ago. The only lead is that Slowpoke from the Pokémon Fan Club evolved into Slowbro. This gave them new sleep patterns. Some say it might be affecting humans..."
"Don't be ridiculous. Hypnosis works on both humans and Pokémon. And a newly evolved Slowking could influence such a vast area? A champion-level Slowking?"
Officer Jenny knocked on the table and asked, 'So, what are your thoughts, Ash?'
"This matter is definitely not simple. But the Pokémon Fan Club? Perhaps we should go investigate."
Ash turned to the Continental Hotel manager and said, 'Prepare an evening gown for Misty. We'll need to infiltrate next.'
"'Yes!'"
Hearing Ash say that, Misty pointed at herself in surprise.
"Huh? Me?"
"That's right. Trust me, after... there's absolutely no problem after getting dressed up."

The Pokémon Fan Club welcomed several new members today: one was an elegant gentleman with a monocle, another was his female companion, and the rest were Pokémon dressed in suits and princess gowns.
"Hello, Mr. Sebastian. Welcome."
"I apologize for the sudden intrusion, but I heard you have psychic-type Pokémon Solosis and Gothita here. My companion was a bit upset about coming, as she wanted to visit Water-type Pokémon instead. Please pay her mood no mind."
The man gently expressed apologies for their unannounced visit. Though his female companion appeared displeased, she maintained courtesy. 'My apologies for his enthusiasm,' she said politely. 'He rushed here immediately upon hearing about newly evolved Pokémon.'
"Hahaha, I completely understand. May I ask if all these Pokémon belong to you, Mr. Sebastian?"
The gentleman was all smiles as he looked at the Meowth and Pikachu dressed in suits, and the Chansey and Ralts wearing skirts.
"Yes, Meowth is my personal butler."
"Meow, I'm terribly sorry for my owner's disturbance," Meowth said while also extremely gentlemanly, even sporting a monocle like Ash.
"Oh! Mr. Meowth can actually speak!"
"Yes, this allows me to communicate effectively with my Pokémon. It's wonderful to have Meowth by my side."
"It is my honor, Master."
The gentleman also said with a smile, 'That's impressive. Having Meowth as the butler, Mr. Sebastian, has made things much easier.'
"Yes, um... Could I go see Solip and Solib?"
"Of course. Sorry to keep you waiting so long. Please come in."
Ash and Misty entered together, while Ash quietly whispered to Misty, 'Remember - if they're drinking alcohol, they're definitely suspicious. If they have juice, they're genuine Pokémon Fan Club members.'
"'Huh? Why?'"
"'Because true Pokémon Fan Club members would never allow themselves to drink alcohol and neglect their Pokémon.'"
"Oh, I see. By the way, Ash, you were amazing earlier."
"You get used to it after attending so many. I've specifically studied etiquette. The only thing you need to do later is play the role of a displeased date. Alright. Meowth and I will keep an eye on them. Later, please hold onto Pikachu for me. If anyone asks you questions, just talk about Water-type Pokémon."
"No problem." As soon as Misty heard it was about Water-type Pokémon, her confidence instantly surged - after all, Water-type Pokémon were her absolute favorite.
