As soon as Jiao Lizhi stood in front of the counter, she took a tray and looked at the dishes placed inside several big metal basins behind the glass window.
"Comrade, what do you want to eat?" a staff member asked.
After looking for a moment, Jiao Lizhi said, "I want a bowl of pumpkin soup and two steamed buns. Also, give me a little bit of the dishes."
Hearing this, the staff raised his eyebrows. It was rare for someone to buy so much food at once. Although the price of the food was not as expensive as those sold in the marketplace, it wasn't cheap either.
"Comrade, are you sure you want everything?" the staff member asked again.
Jiao Lizhi nodded and said, "I want to try the dishes. Comrade, just give me a portion each."
Since she had said so, the staff member didn't say any more words and filled her tray with several bowls of food. There were a total of twelve dishes including the steamed buns, so the staff got one more tray for her.
