Hello, I'm "alfyl," the author of the novel Pages of Rebellion. This is the first time I've made an announcement like this, speaking directly to readers even though there's a screen between us.
Recently, I took some time to think, and I made a difficult decision, but one that means a lot to me. I decided to close the novel… or rather, it won't be deleted — instead, there will be a new beginning. The same story, the same characters, but with greater care.
When I first began writing, the reason wasn't just love for writing, nor money or fame. The reason was deeper: I wanted to discover myself, to hear the voice of my emotions through my characters. But along the way, I lost that desire, and My ego blinded me. What was weak in the beginning became nonexistent. That's why I made this decision — because in my search for myself, I lost even more of who I was.
Now I will write the story again, from the beginning, but this time with real care and attention. I was negligent before, but that won't happen again. To find myself once more, I had to return to the start.
Thank you to everyone who walked this path with me. Pages of Rebellion has not ended — this is not the end, but a rebirth.
