Valkyries like Bronya, Himeko Murata, and Fu Hua all clashed with the Herrscher in desperate attempts to stop her.
In the end, thanks to the combined efforts of many, Himeko—donning the God-Slaying Battlesuit Vermilion Knight: Eclipse.
She used the divine weapon Godslayer Sword and the precious anti-Honkai serum Godslayer Spear to finally sap the Herrscher's strength.
Kiana's original personality was at last reawakened.
The Herrscher of the Void vanished—but the large-scale Honkai disaster was far from over.
From the shadows, World Serpent—the mysterious organization under Kevin Kaslana—began to move.
Taking advantage of the chaos, they sought to re-emerge on the world stage, aiming to conquer the globe under the pretext of eradicating the Honkai.
The moment the Herrscher appeared was the very moment World Serpent emerged from the shadows.
After the final showdown, Himeko sank into the Sea of Quanta, and Kiana, now separated from the Herrscher, vanished without a trace.

A new lead surfaced—Kiana had been sighted in a sprawling metropolis known as Tenkyou City (Sky Dome City).
Whether to secure a rare Herrscher sample or to rescue Kiana herself, all eyes—from Schicksal, Anti-Entropy, and the crew of the Hyperion—turned toward this glittering megacity.
And so, a new chapter unfolds in the city under the sky...

The disaster caused by the Herrscher of the Void had yet to subside.
The powerful surge of Honkai energy unleashed by her awakening spread across the globe.
Already a persistent threat, Honkai Beast outbreaks only intensified.
Months had passed, and yet Honkai Beasts still randomly emerged within the heart of the city—ravaging infrastructure, launching indiscriminate attacks on civilians, and plunging the metropolis into unrest.
Though Sky boasted formidable automated defense systems and received support from Schicksal and Anti-Entropy with advanced mech weaponry, these forces could only hold back small-scale Honkai attacks.
But recently, the numbers had become overwhelming.
The escalating frequency of attacks kept the city in a constant state of emergency.
Blinding flashes erupted across the streets, bursts of Honkai energy pouring out of thin air.
Screams echoed alongside wailing sirens, and explosions lit up the skyline.
The city's defensive units were barely holding the line, just managing to keep the urban order from collapsing completely.

A fresh wave of fire and smoke rose from the air harbor district of Sky.
"Second Terminal is under attack by Honkai Beasts! I repeat, Second Terminal is under attack!"
The defense forces swiftly responded, dispatching nearby mech units to repel the threat.
But prolonged battle and heavy losses had taken a toll.
The city's mechs and pilots were worn down. Even minor incursions now risked becoming brutal drawn-out fights.
Boom! Boom!
The Honkai Beasts rampaged through the harbor, tearing apart infrastructure and turning once-bustling streets into infernos.
Their sheer malice toward human civilization was laid bare.
Three Knight-class Honkai Beasts had emerged.
They resembled medieval armored knights, clad in thick plating.
Their white silicon-based bodies were etched with glowing red Honkai energy lines.
Although their appearance resembled the Quantum types encountered by Kagura in the Sea of Quanta, these beasts were not quantum entities—just standard low-tier Honkai Beasts.
Yet even these so-called "low-tier" beasts could easily rip apart main battle tanks when rampaging at full force.
Their immense Honkai power, tough armor, and long spears made them a nightmare for Sky's defenders.
Their devastating charges were a threat even to the city's advanced mech units.
In this world, without specialists like Valkyries on the frontlines, most conventional forces stood little chance against Honkai Beasts.
"Captain! Visual confirmed—three Knight-class Honkai Beasts!"
Reinforcements had arrived just after the beasts began their rampage.
The exhausted mech pilots clenched their jaws.
"Tch... That's our eighth battle today. The squad's worn out, but we can't let these things run wild."
"You're right. Protecting this city is our duty!"
Their commander, piloting a crimson-painted defense mech with a horn on its head, barked out orders:
"All units, be advised—Knight-class beasts have high-speed charge capabilities. Maintain evasive maneuvers and form a crossfire pattern. Let's end this quickly!"
"Roger!"
Four gleaming Titan mechs broke formation, surrounding the three Knight-class beasts and opening fire.
But then—
'BOOM—!'
A blinding explosion tore through the sky. Flames surged across the ground, twisting steel and reducing reinforced armor to scrap.
One of the city's advanced mechs—designed specifically to fight against Honkai threats—was instantly obliterated by a sudden, concentrated beam of energy.
"What the hell was that?!"
Panic set in as the mech pilots witnessed their ally annihilated in an instant.
"We're under attack! Unknown Honkai entity inbound! Dammit, what even is that thing?!"
Looking past the three Knight-class Honkai Beasts, a new monstrosity emerged from the void—massive in stature, with arms resembling a gorilla's.
Its left arm crackled with blue Honkai energy, while its right glowed an ominous red.
Mounted near its head was a device that emitted concentrated energy beams—the very weapon that had just vaporized a mech in a single blast.
"Tch… that's an Emperor-class Honkai Beast—Ashibo. We're completely outmatched!"
The unit captain's expression hardened.
"All units, change tactics immediately! Prioritize evacuation and civilian protection. We need reinforcements—heavy ones!"
'BOOM—!'
Before his orders could fully transmit, another searing beam cut across the battlefield.
Two more mechs went up in flames, twisted and burning.
"Damn it!"
With gritted teeth, the captain yanked his control lever and pushed his mech forward—straight toward the Emperor-class beast.
"You want a fight? Come get me! Don't underestimate me, you bastard!"
His suicidal charge caught the enemy's attention.
Ashibo, followed by the three Knight-class beasts, turned and charged after the red-painted command unit.
"We're the mech defense force of Sky Dome City! It's our duty to protect this place!"
"No matter the cost... I'll see this mission through!"
"Urahhh—!"

A burst of radiant light flashed before the captain's eyes.
Two Knight-class Honkai Beasts were instantly obliterated, and even the Emperor-class Ashibo staggered from the impact, limping away, momentarily abandoning its pursuit of the captain to face this new threat.
"Was that… a Valkyrie?"
Through the smoke and debris, a slender figure flashed by.
"A girl?!"
She had flowing white hair, a sleek combat suit, and twin pistols engineered specifically for maximum anti-Honkai damage.
Darting between wreckage and fire, she moved with impossible agility across the devastated battlefield.
"Get moving! Help evacuate the civilians! Leave this fight to me!"
She turned her head.
In her sharp blue eyes, a golden light flickered—dangerous, unstable.
"The people here haven't all been evacuated. That's why you need to go now. I'll deal with the Honkai Beasts!"
[You? Deal with them?]
[Hah… bold words. But can you back them up?]
[Why not hand over control to me? Let a true Herrscher handle this.]
"I'll never lose to you… never!"
Clenching her teeth, the girl whispered through trembling lips:
"Get out of my head!"
She leapt into the air, engaging the remaining Honkai Beasts in close-quarters combat.
[It's useless. The more you fight, the more you rely on my power… and the sooner your body becomes mine.]
[Suicide won't help you either. The moment you die, your body becomes mine.]
"Shut up! Just leave me alone!"

After parting ways with Seele and Bronya, Himeko and Kagura stood before a massive, circular gateway—the portal back to the real world.
This gate marked the boundary between quantum chaos and the world above.
Himeko pointed forward.
"Thanks to Mr. Welt and Bronya's efforts, the portal between the Quantum Sea and the real world has been activated.
The destination coordinates are locked. Once we cross, we should arrive directly in Sky Dome City."
Her golden eyes sparkled as she smiled—a rare moment of genuine warmth.
"By the way, Kagura…"
Seeing Himeko hesitate, Kagura tilted her head.
"Hmm? What is it?"
Himeko let out a long sigh.
"I just… I'm really grateful to you. For saving me back in the Sea of Quanta. For coming with me to find Kiana. I mean it—I'm thankful."

"Of course," Himeko replied without hesitation. "Sure, Honkai is a constant threat, and there's a lot of pain…"
She gazed into the light of the portal, countless thoughts swirling in her eyes.
"…But even so, my world still has beauty. It has things worth living for… things worth protecting with my life."
