Ray thanked Mike for his help, said goodbye, and began his walk back to the villa with Lily.
After returning to the villa, Ray went into the study room and started jotting down his ideas for the renovation starting tomorrow.
He decided to divide the area into four parts and arrange them in a specific manner.
The first area near both sides of the entrance to the inner city is divided into the shopping district on the right and the hotel area on the left where the guests arrive can stay.
The second half of the street is divided into restaurants and entertainment areas where casinos and pleasure quarters are placed.
The rest of the area was kept as it was and given to the chief to maintain. The houses in the area were used as staff housing, and the rest were rented out to outsiders who wanted to stay in the city.
Unlike other areas, the outer city area he oversees has a harbor where merchants and travelers come and go. Restaurants were placed near it for easy access.

After the breakfast Ray got out to the back garden and started feeding Goldie with spiritual food he bought for her specifically.
As he was feeding Goldie the decor shop manager has come to visit his house.
Lily brought him to the back garden front the front and Ray asked him to be seated.
The shop manager was petrified after seeing Goldie and stood like a statue for few minutes with his mouth wide open.
Lily brought him some tea, and he took it mechanically without noticing what he was doing, which resulted in burning his hand and waking him up.
Ray listened to the pained hissing from the back and turned back and saw the decor shop manager was holding the teacup in one hand and blowing air onto the other hand to cool it down.
Ray was amused and turned towards Lily and got the gist of the incident and came walked towards the manger and apologized for making him wait.
"it's my spirit beast, usually I feed it at this hour, and you came right at the time when I'm feeding so I invited you to the back of the garden as it would be convent to talk while smelling nice flowers smell and fresh air." Ray explained.
"Spirit beast?" Manager asked and a Ray nodded him head
"Am I imagining things, or is your spirit beast at the foundation realm, sir?" he asked in a shaky voice for confirmation.
"Of course, it is a genuine Foundation Establishment Realm spirit beast, and it's safe as I have contracted it while it's in the Qi stages," Ray spoke.
"Sir, then the city lord does know there is a foundation level spirit beast in the city," The decor shop manager asked tensely.
"Yep, he does, he even visited the house when i have took out her for the first time and advised me to register it at the admirative office, and i have registered it there, you can check it out if you ask John about it." Ray assured him.
The decor shop manager relaxed and said, "Usually, a third-tier city can only accommodate one foundation realm expert. If there are two, it will result in a fight that will affect the market, which I don't want to see. Please don't mind my behavior and pardon me, sir," he replied.

"Yes sir, as you asked, we have surveyed the entire market area and found that many constructions were newly build in the past few years so a simple renovation with additional decorations will be enough and they can be used again." the decor shop manager replied.
Ray then took out the paper which he has written the details of his plan and handed it to the manager and asked him to do the renovation according to it.
The manager saw the plan and said it will significantly increase the amount required for renovating according to the plan.
"It might cost you about 1000 low grade spirit stones as there are few arrays you requested for lighting the streets at the night" he informed ray.
"I want the work completed within three days and no cutting corners during the work should be done." Ray warned
"I'm ready to pay double the amount you quote, but I believe you are up to the task and won't betray my expectations," Ray said.
"Yes, sir, you can leave everything to us and come back in three days and check out after the project is completed." The manager promised happily
"Yes, I will leave everything to you from now until the construction as I have faith on you shop and the name you have gained through your profession in the city." Ray said gravely.
The manager immediately promised in serious manner and left the villa in great strides.
After leaving the villa, the manager first went to the administrative office and confirmed that Ray had said everything correctly and sighed with relief.
He then went back to the shop and asked the workers to start loading the equipment and materials they needed for work into cart and space bags and asked them to depart immediately.
With the goods they soon reached the outer city and started their work in orderly manner.
