All the powerful organisations from the High-level Provinces would appoint a loyal member as in charge of their subordinate forces.
These loyal members were called Supervisors, and they were originally from the same provinces as the subordinate forces.
The goal of these Supervisors was to keep an eye on the subordinate forces, and at the same time, they had to break through to the Soul Transformation Realm.
Once they achieved that breakthrough, they would automatically become the ruler of that province, which would then be considered a High-level Province.
Therefore, most of the time, these so-called Supervisors focused on their cultivation, only checking on their subordinate forces from time to time.
A few minutes ago, just as Supervisor Emerald was about to re-enter his cultivation session, he felt a violent energy fluctuation from the Qilin Peak of the Greenfire Realm, making him frown.
'T-this… he is trying to increase the rank of that Jade Blaze Heart Tree.'
