Jayden released Bart and Krypto as he approached Raven, he then held her hand as he noticed an injury.
"Why didn't you desensitize it with alcohol...oh!, the teleportation incident happened a few hours ago so it's not infected"
Although the wound looked a little old, he assumed that it had something to do with magic.
"This is going to hurt but bear with me"
The surrounding group saw Jayden hold Raven's hand tenderly, he then used his heat vision at a low intensity as he sterilized and sealed the wound.
"Umm... are they lovers"
"I wish"Donna replied with a sigh, seeing Jessica's confused expression, she added:

Raven slowly took her hand and interlocked it with his, she then slowly brought her lips close to his.
"Okay that's enough!" Jonathan yelled as he quickly stopped the two from kissing, he then coughed as he added:
"It seems like you're still confused, the teleportation incident happened yesterday.
Everyone is still asleep because Raven put them under a sleeping spell to avoid panic and confusion"
'Wait a minute, I am immune to magic so why did I wake up so late, did those sleepless nights catch up to me?'
He pondered until the realisation struck him, since he was accelerating the development of his inventions he was only sleeping 2 hours per day.
Although he couldn't acquire physical fatigue, he was exhausted mentally since he stretched himself too thin.
'So I can build up mental exhaustion if I don't relax, If I didn't neglect my mental well-being I could've solved the situation earlier'
"Are you guys twins?"
Batwing inquired as he pointed at Jayden and Jonathan but the duo quickly dismissed him.
"The difference between us is like heaven and earth... we're not the same."
Jonathan's mouth grew wide open, but Jayden quickly appeared in front of him and closed it, then returned to holding Raven's hand.
"Guys, the solar tower isn't working, the power annex is damaged, everything else is offline and we could simply teleport away from here but someone! forgot to charge her power ring "
Victor tried to calm himself down as he closed his eyes, the solar tower has photovoltaic cells that convert yellow sunlight to power the watchtower's operating systems and they were near a red sun.
The solar tower was specifically designed to absorb the yellow sun, they currently had no power and no way of escaping.
"Wait, why can't Raven teleport you to Earth"Jayden paused for a brief moment, Earth was too far away.
"Why don't you use a boom tube?"
"Four reasons, High energy demands, Need for precise coordinates, Physical and cybernetic limits, Vulnerability to interference...I could give you more but those are the primary ones"
"So we need an alternative power source compatible with the tower?"
Everyone gave him a nod that made him sigh, Jayden reached for his watch and began to type in a code.
Jayden's watch began to turn like a safe, its rings rotating until the surface split open.
A small cube rose from within, glowing green and gold.
Its surface was etched with Kryptonian and Egyptian hieroglyphics, the light reflecting off the markings as it hovered above his wrist, intrigued everyone present.
"This is the first completed version of my K-Reactor, it has enough juice to power the starlight ship.
If we modify the Watchtower, we might be able to use it as power source"
"Hmm?"Batwing mumbled as he began to scratch his chin, he looked at the cube as he said:
"So you're telling me that we're stranded far away from Earth, we have no power to get back... and somehow you have a solution, isn't that a little convenient.
If we were in a novel i'd call it plot armour or... you're working with Brainiac"
Lucas took a boxing stance as he slowly approached Jayden.
"Bruh, why are you trying to throw hands...do you know who I am, I'll fold you like an omelet...in a second."
"Pfft!"
Everyone turned toward Cyborg, who looked like he was about to explode ,his face tightening as he struggled to hold back a laugh, looking utterly constipated in the process.
Jayden sighed as he began to elaborate, his watch is a fusion of Martian and Kryptonian technology therefore the corelink has a very small pocket dimension inspired by the phantom zone.
"Something like this always attracts annoying pests, so I have to carry it around, I am not rich so I can't afford a vault"
Jonathan's stomach began to rumble as he looked at the glow, he looked at Jayden with an uneasy gaze.
"Is that Kryptonite? , how do you have Kryptonite?"
Ignoring the tension, Cyborg approached the hovering cube and activated his optical sensors.
A blue scan swept over the device, and his human eye widened in shock.
"Holy shit!"
The analysis revealed the reactor's core wasn't just Kryptonite; it was fused with fragments of a Kryptonian Sunstone.
This fusion was the key to its stability and function.
The Sunstone's innate programming acted as a perfect regulator, containing the Kryptonite's lethal radiation and shaping its raw power into a clean, controllable energy stream.
The hieroglyphics on its surface were not mere decoration; they were a visual representation of this live programming, a code that allowed the reactor to adapt its energy output to different systems.
It was, for all intents and purposes, a stable, programmable, and immensely powerful battery.
Its energy could be tailored, meaning it could be made compatible with the Watchtower's systems.
It wasn't just a source of power, it was a solution.
"This...is magnificent, it has enough juice to power the FTL drive but it has limitations based on the nature of its energy
Radiation from Kryptonite is unique, the type of isotope it has prevents the teleporter tube and bulk teleporter from functioning
Zeta tubes use Zeta beam energy to work... and the power core of the Zeta beam energy is damaged, so we can't use them"
Jayden felt disappointment as he heard Cyborg's feedback, a teleport tube utilizes ambient matter to teleport organic beings so without all these teleporters they could only rely on the FTL drive.
'How can this get worse'
"But we can repair what we can in the meantime, Lucas, Jayden and I will repair the solar tower
Duke use Umbra kinesis to absorb the darkness around us and photo kinesis to give us more light
Bart take care of the dog, Raven check on those who are asleep... let's begin"
"Umm, what about Jessica and I, what can we do?" Jonathan inquired as he raised his hand.
"Ahh... follow Raven and find your dad"
