Bang!
The truck skidded back as a boot imprint appeared on the grill of the truck. The pieces of table that used to be Jace's cover flew through the air as Jace ran forward. As the truck skidded it caused the rear of the vehicle to topple over and collapse on top of the enemies who were taking cover near it.
Jace ran forward as he took aim and began firing. The enemy was off balance when the entire truck moving surprised them. The closest of the enemies were just outside the window so he shot past them.
Jace hit the first one in the midsection and they flew through the air and slammed into the side of the truck. There was a cracking noise before the body fell to the ground. The second person was in the middle of reacting when Jace kicked the side of his leg.
