Charlotte was for sure going all out on James and on his wallet… it kind of felt like the revenge she so well deserved, the revenge for him leaving her alone, the revenge for not taking care of her, not calling, not talking, not playing with her, when he had promised to be there every single time, promised to be the dad she deserved.
Not just that, but it was too obvious that she had trauma too, a kid who came from one of the worst families, a child who had suffered from a young age, and if that wasn't enough, she saw James getting shot up and, on a broader level, she had lost Rafael too. Even if they didn't talk much, she knew who he was. They talked a bit, once even painted together… and just in a day he disappeared, and with him she realized that a piece of James had disappeared too.
