The receptionist hesitated, then offered a gentle suggestion:
"How about taking a rank-up test? You certainly qualify."
Before Hazuki could respond, Ridan's voice hissed right in his ear.
"Better refuse it politely, dumbass."
"Your dream isn't to become famous. If you become popular, you can't flirt or touch other women anymore. It's a waste."
Hazuki blinked, scratching his head.
"Oh yeah..."
He mumbled thoughtfully.
But Ridan wasn't done.
His voice dropped mockingly low.
"Unless..."
Hazuki's eyes narrowed.
"What do you—"
"Ahn~" Ridan purred wickedly.
"Imagine it... being pinned down by one of these bulky muscle freaks... on top of you~ Slowly leaning in... lips parting... going for a kissuuu~"
Hazuki nearly gagged.
"YUCKK!!! EWWW!! NO WAY!!"
The receptionist blinked, ears twitching.
"Hmm? Mister Human? Who are you talking to...?"
Hazuki flinched, flustered.
"A-Ah no, no... just... remembered something."
Ridan floated behind him, laughing maniacally.
