Axel was a man who couldn't stay in one place although he never switched towns he felt like life was restricting him somehow. Axel was a semi athletic man with black hair and brown eyes who wore armour upon this faithful morning he had stumbled onto a slave trader selling fernings, fernings were a species of demi-humans who had a tail this tail was unique as it was rope thin with a fuzzy ball at the end, if someone were to hold this ball in their hand they could effectively mind control them. He look at them with pity not because they were slaves but because they were unlucky enough to alone be born as a fernings. Axel looked at the sight then turned away thinking to himself how unbearable it was to simply be a bystander, he continued his walk down town and into the tavern where he spent all day talking to people, or rather he has a group that meets him there every monday at 2pm they spend all day in that tavern telling stories catching up on their weekly activies and other bizarre things that would happen in their adventures. This was the lifestyle of a group that went on travels outside the town's wall into the uncharted forest with fog that never fades, this town was called Tyrial and it was known for that name because it rains on average 5 days a week never and its abnormal for it to rain any less. Later that night Axel decided he would set the slaves free so he snuck out of his apartment that was right up the hill, he descended down it to where he was when he saw the slaves earlier, it was empty and dark on the paved road but he went into this alley way and took a left, he went straight for a couple minutes eventually coming upon the slave trade's house of operations, this was a big wooden building with a steel door that was reinforced with magic, this magic prevents any spells from being cast to force the doors open so he used his physical strength and tried to move the door but it budged only an inch, he wasn't so strong that he could force it open immediately. It took an hour but he finally was able to open the door to where he could slip in he found guards waiting, no doubt they heard the door creaking as he was opening it. Now that he was inside he was able to remove the sword from his hilt and slash using magic he essentially cut a slash through the building, the guards ran away and he looked down at a fernings, her tale was all but cut off. She looked up at Axel with a face that was glowing with excitement, Axel looked down his eyes watering at a sight almost unbelievable, for him he had granted this fernings the chance at a life with ultimate freedom he offered his hand to this fernings helping her up and they walked out of the broken building, the sun was rising and the scene was filled with emotions that they couldn't explain for the first time she could live without the fear of being controlled.
