Chapter 90 - Volume 2 Chapter 33: Oxygen of Destruction (Part 3)

This is the weapon created by humanity...

When Godzilla returned to his ecosystem in Perth, the white fog had already swallowed the entire coastline.

The fog symbolized the unknown and death, drifting along the coast like the most terrifying reaper, merciless.

With Godzilla's eyes, it could see that within the white mist, they had already perished. Clearly reborn just yesterday, yet today, they returned to silent death.

Squeak, squeak

Crackle, crackle, crunch

"Ah, ah..."

Gurgle

"Roar, roar, roar, roar..."

In the mountainous forests behind Godzilla, creatures that had sensed the terror of the fog, having evacuated in advance, trembled in the face of the impending mist.

They could feel death within the fog, sensing its horror.

They emitted sounds representing fear.

"Ah, ah, ah, ah..."

The colossal Godzilla roared, calming the multitude of spirits behind it.

It could also hear the sounds of its followers succumbing to death, their pain, sorrow, and unwillingness before death—all audible to Godzilla.

And it was precisely because it could hear that Godzilla stood here at this moment, facing the mist that pushed everything towards death.

It was very dangerous, more dangerous than any human weapon it had encountered.

As Godzilla hurriedly arrived, it looked towards the distant white fog, sensing the danger of this mist.

It was very certain that this mist shrouding the sea was a more dangerous weapon than human nuclear bombs!

It had a premonition that even it, in its current state, entering this sea of white fog would lead to its demise over time.

This mist was the weapon nature had once feared, an existence capable of truly annihilating all microorganisms!

Humans...

This species ultimately took such actions. Its next attack could no longer be limited to destroying a specific region. Otherwise, what was happening now might occur a second or third time!

However, that was a matter to be dealt with after resolving the current enveloping mist.

What to do now?

The mist was still swirling, advancing further inland.

At its speed, it would likely cross the charred land near the coast in just a few hours, reaching the true mountainous forests, forcing everything there towards death.

Fuuuuuuuuuuuu

Firstly, there was the wind—a wind capable of blowing all the mist towards the sea.

Manipulating nature, this is the ability Godzilla gained after becoming Godzilla Earth.

Now, in order to deal with the white mist in front of it, Godzilla exerted all its strength.

It was using the furious wind to blow away the mist!

The white mist slowly retreated under the onslaught of the fierce wind, but Godzilla didn't feel happy about the retreating mist. Instead, its inner tension increased.

Because the furious wind was limited.

Just after the wind pushed the mist back by a kilometer or two, its successor began to weaken, eventually fading away.

The mist regained the upper hand, leisurely flowing back in, as if the fierce wind had never tried to stop them.

Wind was ineffective.

Now, Godzilla couldn't create a superstorm like the newly formed nature could.

With an ecological zone covering only a few thousand square kilometers, Godzilla could only unleash the power of nature to generate brief strong winds.

The storm during its ascension wasn't Godzilla's doing; it was more like resonance with the planet beneath its feet.

But now, Godzilla couldn't summon that resonance.

Since it couldn't use the power of nature to overcome, it had to rely on itself!

Standing in the midst of the forest, Godzilla stepped out and headed towards the coast to stop the mist.

And the way to stop it was.

To use sheer violence, create shockwaves to push them back!

Boom, boom! Boom!! Boom!!! Boom!!!!

After leaving the forest, Godzilla, standing on the charred ground, began running at full speed for the first time since obtaining such a colossal size and weight—a run with a weight of tens of millions of tons, surpassing the speed of sound!

The terrifying shockwaves spread in all directions. Even though Godzilla was kilometers away from the forest, some mutated trees still shivered under the impact, seemingly on the verge of being uprooted by the terrifying shockwaves!

Fortunately, they had undergone mutations, and fortunately, Godzilla was far enough from them.

Otherwise, just Godzilla's run would be enough to destroy this entire forest.

Godzilla, running at supersonic speed, charged towards the white mist! Shockwaves beyond the speed of sound swept around it, pushing back the mist surrounding it!

With Godzilla as the center of the sprint, the white mist within a radius of about ten kilometers was forcefully pushed back several kilometers.

This caused the retreated mist to withdraw again, returning to its position several hours ago, still on the sea surface.

After running near the coastline, Godzilla urgently changed direction. It ran along the border of the mist, using its extraordinary impact force to drive away the surrounding mist.

Half an hour, more than three hundred kilometers.

Godzilla ran along the entire coastline, expelling all the mist within its ecological zone into the sea. After completing all this, it stood on the charred city, looking at the distant mist.

It became denser.

It was still surging towards this side, the repulsion from the impact was only temporary.

Hiss—Boom!!!!

Then, what awaited them was Godzilla's breath.

The breath exploded at the coastline, raising fiery balls. The shockwaves of the fireballs once again forced the mist to retreat, pushing them back into the sea.

But it wasn't over yet. Right after the impact swept through, the retreating mist lost the suppression in front. They surged back, advancing faster and more fiercely.

When they reached their original positions, the mist resumed its previous posture, advancing forward at a stable pace that suffocated all living things.

Breath was useless, impact was useless, manipulating nature was useless.

In front of the white mist, Godzilla seemed to have only one path to take—to carry its followers as much as possible and escape inward.

Just abandon the mountains and forests that couldn't move; just take the living creatures that could run inward.

Then, it could successfully evade.

After all, the mist wasn't infinite. It could only cover around thirty to forty kilometers near the coast, impossible to blanket the entire inland of Australia.

Should it escape? Should it cut losses?

How is it possible!

It is the consciousness of this nature!

How could nature run away?

Standing amidst the ruins, Godzilla unleashed its breath below.

This was its solution!
