With members of parliament and military districts at the center, the three operational command centers will maximize the advantages of each region. They will be fully responsible for everything in their respective areas.
They can, at the appropriate time, use Oxygen Destroyers to surround themselves without central government approval, giving maximum autonomy to the frontline to avoid delays in achievements due to command system issues.
