"Lord Reinhardt," Count Ragnald began with a smile, rubbing his hands, "I heard that Snowpoint City owns an abandoned mine in the valley not far from here. And that you have recently posted a notification about leasing the rights to mine. We've come to discuss the mine in the valley."
Reinhardt nodded.
Melissa straightened her clothes and began explaining in a professional manner.
"I've reviewed the proposals. We agree with your request, but the city will need a percentage of the minerals excavated from the mine every month. Other than that, there are several other conditions…"
Melissa leaned forward, and the motion made more of his seed slip out. She felt it trail down the inside of her thigh and soak into the top of her stocking.
