I stared at the framed picture of her that sat on the desk, she looked so beautiful, with her blonde hair that flowed down her shoulders like a golden stream, brown eyes that always sparkled no matter what she was feeling, and a smile that would make roses blush.
"Where did you go?" I mumbled to myself as I picked up the picture, I gently traced my fingers over her face and closed my eyes to remind myself of her. I put down the frame and looked around the office, I was glad Damon hadn't had the time to worry about her space if not this place would have most likely been cleared of everything that belonged to her. I could still smell her perfume in the air, it felt like she was still right behind her desk smiling at me with those perfect lips of hers.
"I miss you Lorelei—" I said and saw a shadow emerge from the door, my head immediately snapped in the direction of the entity and I saw Carlos standing there with his eyes fixed on me.
