"Excellent. This gives us far more time." Madara smiled.
With a tenfold time dilation, the window Qin Yi had granted them stretched to ten months. Ten months, if he still couldn't unify the shinobi world in that span, then Uchiha Madara would truly be incompetent.
He swept his gaze around and let out a cold chuckle.
"Hashirama, you really are useless. With such a massive support force behind you, you still haven't moved. The territories that boy held when he left are exactly the same as when he started."
Hashirama's expression tightened. He disliked using violence and war to solve problems. Deep down, he believed the shinobi world had finally gained a fragile peace, and if it could last, that would be best.
"Since you're incapable, leave it to me. I'll show them what it means to know their place."
Madara's tone was glacial.
An hour later, the entire Nation of Qin's shinobi forces surged into motion, launching an all-out assault on the shinobi world.
At the same time, word reached the other four nations.
"Tobirama!"
"I know. It seems my brother has gone mad, challenging all four nations at once. Then let's show him the might of the shinobi world. Mobilize our forces! Let them learn this world is not theirs to dominate!"
The four nations reached a swift accord. Orders flew. Shinobi from all four villages mobilized at once, coalescing into a vast allied army fifty to sixty thousand strong.
The four Kage stood together, and before them stretched a sight they had never seen: a dense, rolling sea of troops, so many that confidence rose unbidden in their chests.
"This time, we'll make my brother come to his senses," Senju Tobirama thought.
Four hours later, the allied host reached the edge of the Forest of Konoha. There, beyond the trees, the sea roared, and the Nation of Qin's forces came sweeping in like a dark tide.
"Show them our strength. Charge!"
A thunderous roar tore from the alliance. In an instant, countless shinobi leapt forward, bellowing as they rushed toward the surf, faces contorted with battle-fury.
"Kill!"
From the other side, the Qin shinobi answered with their own earthshaking cry, rolling forward in a dense wave.
From the Kage's vantage, the enemy was clearly fewer. That fact alone steadied them.
"Overwhelming numbers aren't overturned so easily, brother," Tobirama murmured, eyes narrowing.
The other three Kage watched in taut silence, eager to see the Nation of Qin crushed, to shatter their arrogant ambitions once and for all.
Two colossal dragons of men drew near to clash.
From above, the disparity was stark: the four-nation alliance vastly outnumbered the Qin. The battle looked decided before it began.
Then, at the instant of collision, the four Kage's pupils contracted. Shock iced their faces.
"What… is this?!"
"No, that's impossible!"
"How can there be so many?!"
Terror carved itself into their features.
Before them, as far as sight reached, the field was crammed with shinobi. Ten thousand? Fifty thousand? Eighty thousand? A hundred thousand? It was beyond counting. An unending horde thundered forward, roaring as it charged. A moment prior, the alliance's numbers had dominated. Now, in a blink, they were being drowned.
Worse, the enemy ranks were still swelling, and fast.
"Tobirama, surrender at once! The Nation of Qin commands three hundred thousand shinobi reserves, you cannot hope to resist!"
Senju Hashirama's form blurred as he leapt high, hands weaving seals in midair. With a thunderous roar, a colossal wooden avatar burst from the ground, towering over the battlefield. His solemn voice rolled across the field like distant thunder.
"Stubborn fools… sometimes the only way to teach obedience is through a beating."
Uchiha Madara's chakra flared like a storm, and in an instant, the armored form of Susanoo enveloped him, its immense frame radiating an oppressive aura.
The combined weight of their voices, their chakra, and the overwhelming jutsu shook the four-nation army to its core.
"Three hundred thousand shinobi? Impossible!"
"And Hashirama and Madara… together?!"
The four Kage froze, disbelief tightening their throats. Before their eyes stretched a force that defied comprehension.
In the blink of an eye, the two armies collided.
"There's no way this will drag on for as long as that boy predicted," Madara sneered coldly, diving straight into the fray. "Hashirama, you're far too soft!"
Hashirama only sighed, shaking his head helplessly, before darting forward to join him.

In King's World, within the capital of the Nation of Qin,
Qin Yi remained seated within his newly built royal palace. The Pirate World's time ratio too had been slowed, ten to one. Even as the Marines prepared their war machines, Qin Yi knew it would take time before they acted.
If he unified the Naruto World first, his campaign against the pirates would become infinitely easier.
Now, in his great hall, Qin Yi received guests. The strategists of the Three Kingdoms world stood before him.
"Sir Zhuge, Lord Mengde, Hero Lü."
These were the names Qin Yi recognized. The others he did not.
"Your Majesty!"
The three men bowed deeply, reverence clear in their eyes. Having crossed from the modest battlegrounds of their old era into this boundless multiverse, and having seen the disasters it contained, they finally grasped the truth: the emperor before them was not merely a Son of Heaven. He was a sovereign whose single word could shape or shatter nations.
"First, I welcome you all into the Parliamentary Institute. Second, I urge you to study and master the knowledge within the Fire of Civilization. Each of you carries extraordinary talent… I expect you will soon adapt."
His calm words lifted their anxiety. For a long time, they had desired power akin to that of this world. Now, granted permission by Qin Yi himself, joy spread across their faces.
"Thank you, Your Majesty!"
"It is nothing. This right belongs to every citizen of my domain." Qin Yi waved dismissively, then introduced them to the six Parliamentary Officers and reestablished the council.
But for all his grand designs, his thoughts often returned to Gandalf's deep and weary slumber.
"My strength is still far from enough. I must grow, and quickly…"
His ambition burned hotter than ever. Already, his gaze turned toward his next chosen world:
"The Legend of Sword and Fairy 1," he murmured.
Having glimpsed the majesty of true Immortal cultivation, Qin Yi could not resist. Tapping into such power would once again thrust his civilization forward. Among countless xianxia worlds, Sword and Fairy was, for now, the most suitable step.
---
Ten days later, as Qin Yi rested, a violent tremor shook through his body. A surge of King's Strength exploded within him, mending the void left by past losses, and exceeding it.
At the same moment, the Civilization Rank of King's World resonated and ascended.
"Starlight, Level Two!"
Qin Yi's eyes snapped open, sharp as blades.
"The Naruto World has been unified. Our Civilization has advanced."
"And new King's Skills… have awakened!"
