Chapter 307 - Chapter 307: Kill

The scorching heat, the distorted air, and the asphalt road emitted a faint, unpleasant smell of tar.

The Flash appeared like an electric demon from the abyss, a frenzied grin on his face, his piercing eyes glowing as his entire body crackled with blue arcs of lightning. He tore through space and emerged on Route 6.

This time, his positioning was unprecedentedly accurate—directly in front of Bardi, flashing with blue lightning as he charged forward.

The gravitational fields activated, pulling in different directions, involving the sky and the earth as if they were being twisted into two opposing vortexes. Every inch of space was pulled into this distortion.

"Peng…"

The Flash grinned maniacally, consumed by the electric frenzy.

He paused for 0.04 seconds—just enough for a glimpse of his form. Like a maddened demon, his wiry frame crackled with countless blue lightning bolts, sparking across every particle of the air. Wild and erratic, he was bathed in electric arcs, like a devil cloaked in electricity.

Then, the fleeting glimpse vanished. The blue lightning on his body surged violently. The speed field tore everything to shreds.

The supernatural Speed Force, transcending all frequencies, instantly shattered the gravitational fields, collapsed the pull fields, and tore through them like an unstoppable bolt of lightning. The Flash's body turned into a beam faster than sound, faster than light, bursting past the limit of the force field and leaving scorched, smoking marks on the ground.

"Flash!"

Bardi stepped forward, face fierce, to meet him head-on.

In an instant, veins bulged across his body. His muscles knotted tightly, his chest expanded, and the shirt and white trench coat he wore tore apart. His form suddenly transformed into a seven-meter-tall giant, his face grotesque with bulging veins and his body as hard as stone.

He let out a roar under the scorching sun, the sound waves rippling outward.

The two collided in an instant.

The Flash, like a high-speed train, left no trace but flying dust and smoke in his wake. With an unparalleled lightning arc, he slammed directly into Bardi.

Boom—

There was no pause. The Flash, having gathered momentum for who knows how long, rammed into Bardi.

"Urgh..."

The whites of Bardi's eyes turned bloodshot, his eyes bulging. It felt like a white dwarf star had crashed into him, erupting in a massive sonic boom cloud that tore apart all matter nearby. A crater over a hundred kilometers wide opened up as the Earth shook.

The Flash, carrying over a million years of kinetic energy, smashed through Bardi's chest like a ragdoll and kept pushing forward.

Bardi felt his ribcage shatter completely. It was like an ordinary man trying to stop a high-speed train. His thick legs sank into the ground, but he was still pushed back. Two enormous trenches were carved into the earth by his heels, gravel scattering behind him as he slid.

"Rrghh…"

Bardi's eyes turned red, his teeth clenched, and fury filled his gaze. His arms, initially as thick as barrels, bulged with twitching fibers, evolving and absorbing kinetic energy to generate enough force to resist the devastating impact.

In that instant, The Flash crashed madly into Bardi. The impact carved two enormous trenches and destroyed the road.

Dust and debris exploded into the air with a thunderous blast.

Bardi roared. The impact, like a white dwarf, had shattered his chest, which immediately began reorganizing, evolving, and absorbing kinetic energy. His Doomsday cells underwent over 100 million cycles of violent rebirth and reconstruction. His massive arms stood firm, holding back The Flash's advance.

He bared his sharp, thorn-like teeth in a pained yet savage grin. His body ached violently as he absorbed the kinetic energy. It was agony, but it was also exhilarating.

Bardi locked his arms. His massive hands ripped through the speed field, the lightning screeching as it was torn apart. His arms crushed through the electric current, terrifying in their power. His eyes, bloodshot and ferocious, locked onto The Flash as he wrapped both arms tightly around him, gripping The Flash's waist.

Crack...

The Flash's lumbar spine snapped, blue lightning flaring wildly as he thrashed in pain.

The agony seemed to momentarily restore The Flash's sanity. His electrified eyes flickered with pain and madness.

"Aaaaah!"

The Flash howled. His waist was gripped tightly by Bardi's enormous arms, the wild blue arcs lashing across Bardi's massive arms and spreading across his body. The lightning crackled across Bardi's skin and hair like a child crying and struggling in pain.

At that moment.

A radiant rupture suddenly opened behind Bardi.

"Master! Let him go!"

"Let him go!"

"We failed!"

"Let him go!"

"You'll be pulled into the Speed Force with him!"

"Let him go!"

"Let him go!"

Hera's panicked and terrified voice echoed inside Bardi's mind.

The enormous rift, like a gaping mouth lined with fangs, waited for The Flash to drive Bardi into it.

Bardi turned his head and gasped. A vast tear in space opened behind him, filled with swirling color. The Flash, still hammering into him, was pushing him toward it.

"Damn it!"

Bardi's heart dropped. The immense force pounded into his chest, which kept healing and regenerating its brutally strong muscles and bones. Even after breaking The Flash's spine, the impact hadn't stopped.

But how could Bardi let go now? After over 1.2 million failures, this was the best chance he'd ever had to kill The Flash. There was no telling if another opportunity would ever come.

"Roar!"

Bardi's eyes turned crimson with fury, but he didn't release him. His arms tensed further, locking down tightly, pressing directly into The Flash's body—and both were slammed into the crack together.

In the next moment, The Flash was torn in two by Bardi's grasp. Lightning howled and flickered like a child screaming in fear. Flash's body split apart as Bardi continued to rip, his massive hands bursting with strength. Flash's terrified face twisted, blood spraying.

The Flash, dead.

In that instant, within the Speed Force, countless memories of Bardi distorted by The Flash's influence surged forward. Phantoms of Bardi, translucent and shaped like flowing water, appeared from all directions—versions of himself shaped by time—and they all rushed toward the real Bardi.

Trillions of Bardi variants, created by time, poured into the one and only Bardi.

"Aaaargh!"

The pain was unbearable, splitting his soul as if to tear him apart. The fusion engulfed him as he floated inside the Speed Force, screaming in agony.
