Bojack and his subordinates resided on an extremely barren planet. The four Kais used their respective King Kai's Planets as sealing points; unless these four points were broken, he could not leave this place and enter cosmic space.
At present, this seal still appeared to be very sturdy.
Bojack sat on his throne. To please him, his subordinates continuously engaged in fierce combat. However, this did not alleviate the intense hatred in Bojack's heart, and his gaze remained full of brutality.

Bojack waved his hand impatiently. "Fine, fine, respected Lord Celestial Mage. What business do you have with me?"
"I can help you break the seal and allow you to regain your freedom."
Hearing these words, Bojack was visibly taken aback for a moment. "Impossible! The seal of the four Kais remains sturdy. I see no possibility of escaping from here."
The black-robed person raised the staff in her hand, her entire body emitting a dark red light. "For a Celestial Mage, nothing is impossible. A seal of this level looks like an infant's work to me. It's too crude."
A bolt of black lightning struck the firmament above, and then, the seal broke.

North Kai's Planet.
The East, South, West, and North four Kais gathered together to discuss the crisis currently facing the universe.
The North Kai was the most anxious. The moment the others arrived, he hurriedly shouted, "What do we do? What on earth do we do? Bojack has already broken through the seal and is on the verge of returning to the universe!"
The West Kai was the most composed. He was currently in a state of "vacation," so this matter had little to do with him. "You three discuss it. Don't mind me."

The West Kai "humphed" and said nothing.
The four Kais failed to discuss any highly constructive ideas. Facing a super villain comparable to Cell, their own battle power of ten to eighty thousand was truly of little use.
Logically speaking, strong enemies like this, including Majin Buu who appeared 5 million years ago, should be handled by the best fighter in the universe—the Destroyer, whose sole duty was combat.
However, the Destroyer was entirely focused on sleeping, forcing several Supreme Kais who weren't very adept at fighting to step up. In the end, they stubbornly relied on the Grand Supreme Kai's kindness to neutralize Majin Buu's malice. To speak of this matter was simply ironic.
The Seventh Universe previously ranked second to last; the Destroyer Beerus should bear the primary responsibility for that.
Right now, the four Kais couldn't come into contact with the Destroyer, so they could only figure out a solution themselves.
Returning to his own King Kai's Planet, the North Kai immediately went to contact Son Goku.
"There's a very strong enemy?" Son Goku was quite happy delivering packages. Recently, he had made quite a few new friends.
"Yes, Goku. Get yourself ready and hurry back to train! In my opinion, the enemy's strength is no less than Cell's." The North Kai originally thought that as soon as he said this, Son Goku would use Instant Transmission to appear beside him, but this time, he miscalculated.

"Bojack? King Kai-sensei, you guys are quite amazing. You were able to exile such a strong enemy back then?" Ino felt there wasn't much to say about this matter. Regardless of where this Bojack came from or where he was going, simply killing him would be the end of it.
Son Goku and the others had trained for more than an extra year. Facing a guy who was clearly inferior to Cell, they could easily resolve it without needing her to intervene.
She only needed to be responsible for collecting the corpse.
If this kind of villain was killed, the universe's Civilization Index could even rise by 0.1.
What surprised her was that the four Kais were actually able to exile such a formidable enemy; it was truly unbelievable.
The North Kai didn't dwell on their own glorious history, but specifically brought up the matter of Son Goku.
