Master Six Paths vanished with a smile. Orochimaru and Amado went back to their research. Ino canceled Izuna's summoning, then returned to Konoha Village with Senju Hashirama and the nine Tailed Beasts.

The villagers gradually regained consciousness. Some were laughing, but more were crying.
Several hundred people passed away peacefully, their chakra and life force completely drained. The dead cannot be brought back to life; even with the release of the Infinite Tsukuyomi and God: Nativity of a World of Trees, they could not be resurrected.
Many of the surviving ninja were left severely weakened. After being drained so intensely by Kaguya Otsutsuki, they had lost more than half their chakra. Jonin were reduced to chunin, and chunin to genin; their overall strength was effectively cut in half.
Perhaps they could recover if they used a large amount of precious medicinal herbs to recuperate, but... after the successive great wars with Ino, Madara, Obito, Toneri, and Kaguya, the lands of the shinobi world were even more broken. Less than ten minutes after Ino returned to the village, three earthquakes of roughly magnitude five or higher occurred nearby, and there were even more natural disasters farther away. Finding rare medicinal herbs now would be very difficult.
With the nine Tailed Beasts appearing in Konoha Village, never mind the cats and dogs, even the assembled ninja didn't dare speak loudly.

Ino re-sealed the Two-Tails into Yugito Nii's body, sealed the Yang Nine-Tails into Naruto's body again, and returned the half of the One-Tail's chakra she had obtained from Kaguya Otsutsuki to Gaara. The remaining Tailed Beasts were harder to deal with, as their Jinchuriki were already dead.
Ninja from Kumogakure and Iwagakure muttered a few complaints, believing the Tailed Beasts should be returned to them.
Konoha's response was simple: close the gates and release Danzo!
Danzo tore into them.
The Third Tsuchikage had lost his son, and Kurotsuchi her father; a large number of their elite forces had met untimely deaths. Kumogakure was even worse off; they had been ravaged by Madara and Obito. Even if they got their Tailed Beasts back, it would be useless. The job of a Jinchuriki wasn't something you could just pull a random person off the street for. They simply didn't have such talent available now. In the end, they could only tacitly agree to temporarily entrust the Tailed Beasts to Konoha.
The Forest of Death was a very large area. Ino used her Kekkei Mora ability to plunder resources from Kaguya Otsutsuki's dimensions. The Four-Tails likes volcanoes? Then I'll make a volcano for you. The Six-Tails likes acid? Easy, I have plenty of acid over here.
Naruto was no longer the savior of the world. On October 10th, his 17th birthday, everyone spent the entire day in sorrow. Forget the villagers; even his own father, Minato, was exhausted. He personally cooked a bowl of ramen, and that was the extent of the celebration.

But in the perception of the average ninja, whoever benefited was the most suspect. Madara, in turn, became the tool who paved the way for the king, while Obito was the ultimate mastermind behind all the conspiracies in the shinobi world.
Who caused the Nine-Tails' rampage? Obito.
Who controlled Kirigakure and implemented the policy of the Village of the Bloody Mist? It was Obito.
Who massacred Kumogakure? It was Uchiha Madara, controlled by Obito.
Who plundered the treasures of the Daimyo and the temples? Someone saw it and said the person moved like the wind, wore a black cloak with red clouds, and had a spiral mask. Who could that be but Obito?
Who activated the Infinite Tsukuyomi and God: Nativity of a World of Trees? Still Obito.
Uchiha Obito was the biggest cancer in the shinobi world.
Kumogakure had over ten thousand casualties, including the Fourth Raikage and Killer B. Iwagakure also lost over five thousand ninja, including Kitsuchi. The other three great ninja villages also suffered heavy casualties while fighting the White Zetsu army.
Who should be held responsible for this blood debt?
Obito had clearly fallen into a trap, where his only fate was to starve to death. Yet Kakashi, hiding it from the village, continuously smuggled food to him, allowing Obito to hold on for a month and ultimately precipitating the most tragic disaster since the founding of the shinobi world.
Kakashi had enabled this cancer, Uchiha Obito, and he should bear the responsibility.
He was decisive about it, directly resigning from his post as Jonin Class Leader.
This wasn't just a simple class leader position; it was the position of the heir to the Hokage title.
When he was just one step away from the Hokage seat, he gave it all up.
Minato Namikaze's feelings were also quite complex. He too felt that Kakashi was responsible. The casualties were too numerous, too great. The Infinite Tsukuyomi and God: Nativity of a World of Trees had drained the chakra of many ninja. Such a forceful drain came at the cost of their lives. Many ninja, including those from Konoha, had aged twenty years after this battle. They would get winded after just a little movement. In such a state, could you still ask them to be ninja?
It was difficult to calculate the exact numbers, but after this battle, the overall strength of the shinobi world had decreased by at least thirty percent. If the after-effects could not be resolved, it could be over fifty percent.
