Just when Green seemed about to continue crying, Greninja and Blastoise in the lake finally made some commotion.
"Splash!"
With a loud sound, Greninja and Blastoise burst out of the lake together.
Or rather, they were knocked out of the lake.
Greninja flipped gracefully through the air, landing lightly on the ground.

The Dragonair looked very angry and appeared ready to attack Eddie and Green if they didn't leave immediately.

It was obviously protecting its child, and judging from the Dragonair's behavior, it had likely been captured before, which would explain why it was so wary of humans.
This was understandable. As a member of the Dragonite evolutionary line and a pseudo-legendary Pokemon from the Kanto region, once Pokemon like these appeared, there would naturally be many people who wanted to capture and train them.
