He could guarantee that once he returned and absorbed the insights from this sword fight, his swordsmanship would definitely improve.
What made him a little ashamed was that before he stepped onto the stage, there were so many expectations placed on him by the Dragon-men, yet he failed to meet these expectations. However, it wasn't his fault; the opponent was just too strong.
When Edith, the Sword of All Saints, stepped out from the half-plane and onto the arena, a hush fell over the arena filled with Dragon-men, their eyes filled with reverence, anger, reluctance, and powerlessness falling upon her.
But Edith did not care about this and instead looked towards the main platform, where a figure had appeared silently, unnoticed by anyone else but her.
