Noah stared expressionlessly at the Golden Tree in front of him. It was intact, unscathed, unchanged, as if he had never eaten it.
The truth was, he had eaten it, but it was as if he hadn't. He could effortlessly break off the branches and leaves of the Golden Tree like plucking fruit.
However, the branches and leaves, sparkling and resplendent as though carved from various gemstones, had no taste when consumed. After he swallowed them, the broken branches and leaves would immediately regrow.
Unable to eat even a bit, Noah concluded without further attempts that the only thing he could consume were the fruits that grew on the Golden Tree.
"Where can I find the World Tree?"
Noah pondered but quickly gave up the thought. Even if it truly existed and he found a World Tree, so what?
Was he qualified to be the Destructive Demon Dragon and gnaw away at the World Tree?
