As the silhouettes of more and more ogres appeared on the city walls, the city already engulfed in panic immediately collapsed. The streets were chaotic, with people fleeing in all directions, cries and calls for help intertwined. The entire city was shrouded in the shadow of despair, as if the apocalypse had arrived.

Accompanied by a deafening explosion like thunder, billowing smoke rose to the south of the city. A figure as daunting and massive as an iron tower emerged from the smoke, gripping the twisted, deformed body of a human knight. It was the ogre leader who had shattered the city gate.
Behind this gigantic ogre, drooling and eager ogres surged like a tide, ready to turn the city into their banquet table.
Although transcendents were still fighting on other city walls and even in the streets of the city, their resistance and struggle seemed like a futile last stand, only adding a bit of interest to the ogres' feast.
