Henry's POV
I bent forward to look at Kenny's face, seeing him tear up again and press his palms against his eyes.
"So childish." He said, though he was clearly touched.
So cute.
I kissed his cheek until I was pushed away.
"Enough crying. Come here." I pulled him to the cake and saw that there were neither a knife, forks, nor plates….
Damn you, Ethan.
"Should we eat with our hands?" I asked Kenny, not minding it after all we had gone through.
He looked to the left corner of the room, and I followed his gaze. At the spot where the camera usually was, there was now no camera.
It had really been taken down.
So smart that he looked before using his power.
After making sure that we weren't monitored, he conjured up plates and cutlery, as well as a bigger knife.
"How did you do all this?" He asked me.
"I am just that good." No way would I give Ethan credit if he left us there to eat birthday cake like animals.
