Hanz wake up from the same sensation of raindrops he familiar, again. This is the thirds time he wake up in the very same spot, lying on the wet cold ground.
For a moment, he was confused and disoriented. Wondering if he just hallucinating all of those ordeal he felt before.
But as he look around, he found that huge gigantic gate was there stood majestically towering through the sky. Making his mind and soul realizes it wasnt a just mere hallucinations.
"That... "
As Hanz thoughts turned to the gate, his body convulsed and he began to vomit. The memory of the intense pain he had experienced a few minutes ago came flooding back, overwhelming him with fear and disgust.
"That damned gate... What the hell was all that...?"
Hanz mind raced as he tried to make sense of what was happening. He knew he had not hallucinated, as the pain he had felt was too real to be a just figment of his imagination.
"This is real, this is reality... This gate, those creatures...what is going on here?"
Hanz tried to calm himself, taking a few deep breaths to steady his racing heart. He knew that he needed to think reasonably if he was going to figure out what was going on.
"Okay.... Calm down, let me think. What have I found so far?"
"First if i dead, i was always coming back here lying on the ground right beside this huge rock"
Hanz trying to looked down beside him and saw the huge rock that was lying there. He had noticed it before, but now he realized that this was where he had woken up each time before.
"That's right... Every time I've woken up, I've been lying right here next to this rock."
Hanz felt a shiver run down his spine as he remembered the pain he had experienced when the creatures had touched the gate. He had a feeling deep down inside of him that somehow the gate and those creatures were connected, and if the creatures touched it again, something terrible would happen to him.
"My instincts screaming at me if those creatures touch that gate again, I'll be dead"
Hanz pondering for a while in the heavy rain. "Then it leave me no choice but to fight.. But how?"
Hanz felt a deep sense of despair as he realized that he was completely helpless against those creatures. He had no weapons, no means of defending himself, and he was at the mercy of whatever fate had in store for him.
"First of all i'm outnumbered and unarmed. What am I supposed to do against a pack of creatures like that?"
Once again he was trying to looked around to find weapons, and he was startled by something he never seen before.
Hanz eyes couldnt help to be widened open as he caught sight of something shimmering beside him. It was a crystal, and it seemed to be glowing with an otherworldly light.
"A...crystal...?"
As Hanz trying to grab the crystal, he could see that it was a deep red color, and it seems the crystal slightly pulsing a little bit as if it were alive.
"What is this? "
Suddenly, the moment Hanz touched the crystal, he felt a sudden surge of energy coursing through his whole body.
This sudden energy was enough to made his head spinning like crazy, it just felt like a sensation of lightning was suddenly struck his head.
But as the dizziness slowly to subsided. Like an insight from no where, he couldn't help to made a little smile.
"I think... I know what to do now. "
"At least there is a way to survive.. With this crystal"
Hanz stood up slowly, his mind racing as he considered his plan.
He wasn't sure it it would work or not, but one thing he know is, if he didn't try something the outcome was obviously certain death. Maybe the true death.
"I have to try it.. I can't just sit here and wait for those damned creatures to come back and finish me off"
In these heavy rains, Hanz with his new resolve was slowly start walking to the opposite of the gates. He knew those creatures was nearby, maybe it was closer then he thought.
His footsteps were slow and cautios, as the rain was still pouring down around him.
After a while, Hanz began to see some silhouette in the distance.
"I knew it... Those damn monster was already heading toward the gate"
Seeing this Hanz heart start to beat more faster as he realized that he was running out of time.
"I don't know... If it didn't work, I don't even know what to do anymore"
Hanz took a deep breath, calming himself for what he was about to do.

"Please... Let it work"
Deep inside of his heart, he knew that he only had one chance. If he didn't take them down in one shot, he didn't know how to survive this time, nor he had another chance if he died once again.
In his right hand, he held a rock just the same one he had used earlier when he had been bitten to death by those creatures.
To put it simply, one chance- die or live.
"Yes.. Die or live"
"Die... Or live"
Despite his resolve, Hanz right hand start to trembles as he held the rock. The memories of the pain and terror he he had experienced earlier were still fresh in his mind, after all he was a normal person who never face something like this in his life.
"Fuck it... "
With a surge of adrenaline, Hanz dashed forward, running towards those creatures with all his might.
His eyes we're wide open, fear and determination were mixing together in his heart.
He was getting closer and closer to those creatures, but they had not yet noticed him.
Hanz heart couldnt help to pounding in his chest, the sound of his heart and footsteps were perfectly synced with each other just like a thunder that ready to struck with its might.
As he swung his right hand with all his strength, the rock finally made contact with the head of the creature with a sickening crack!
"DIEEE!!!"
The sound echoed through the air, it was very loud like the sound of bones breaking making the creature let out a scream of pain as it went down.
"YES!!"
Hanz felt a surge of satisfaction and relief knowing that he had landed a perfect shot.
The ecstasy to overcome his fear couldn't be described with words, it felt like his purpose and dreams was for all of this, for this right moment.
Now, the most important thing he was about to do, the moment he gamble his life was this, to quickly find the crystal!
"WHERE IS IT!? "
Hanz eyes we're wide open, trying to figure where he could find the crystal.
No one told him where to find the crystal was, but his instinct were screaming at him this is the only ways to survived this ordeal.
"FOUND IT!!! "
His heart racing with excitement as he saw the crystal was beneath one of the creatures.
Without any delay, Hanz with every fiber of his muscles trying to hurl the creature aside, desperately trying to reach the crystal.
"GET OUT OF MY WAY YOU DAMN IT! "
With that split second, Hanz managed to grab the crystal. But unfortunately, his victory was short lived as one of the creatures already sank it's teeth into his left hand, making Hanz cried out in agony as the pain seared through him.
However, despite the horrible pain he felt in his left hand right now, Hanz couldnt care less at this moment he had something to do before all that.
With all his might, and the crystal he hold he shouted out desperately.
"SUMMON!"
