"Stop it! You can't—!" she began, panic rising in her chest. "I'm not letting you—!"
"Let me what?" Eryx's voice was calm, as always, like he was watching a particularly amusing insect trying to wriggle free from its web. His silver eyes glinted with a hint of mockery as he tilted his head, clearly enjoying her disarray.
"I won't let you see me naked!" Thalina snapped, trying to wriggle further away, though she was still stuck fast in his tail. "Touch me, and I'll—"
"I can see all of you right now," he interrupted, his voice flat but with an undercurrent of something dangerously close to amusement.
Thalina froze.
She blinked, her chest rising and falling rapidly. "What?"
"I can see all of you," Eryx repeated, his gaze flicking to her drenched form, his lips curving into the tiniest of smirks. "You're barely covered in those wet rags."
