Olivia clenched her fist. She forcefully pulled her hand away from Aurora's grip.
"It's nothing."
With that, she turned around and walked away. Aurora remained seated, her hand slowly falling back to her lap.
She clenched her fist and stared down at the untouched plate in front of her.
The entire family had fallen silent.
Everyone knew that Aurora would never behave so stubbornly without a reason.
There had to be something Olivia was hiding. And whatever it was, it had to be extremely important.
Otherwise, Aurora would never have been so determined to make Olivia confess.
Olivia, on the other hand, regretted the moment she returned to her room.
The moment the door closed behind her, the weight of what she had said to Aurora settled heavily in her chest.
Out of all her siblings, she loved Aurora the most, and yet she often found herself becoming unnecessarily rude toward her, almost exactly as Aurora had pointed out.
