It simply enhanced his physical body's capabilities. In the case of his System Circuit True Body, the enhancement rate was much higher than what a normal enhancement-type could achieve, increasing his body's power by 10 times when active.
This is just the first out of the nine gates of the True Body realm. If he opens the other gates, the True Body's power will be enhanced with each gate he manages to open.
If Hengsheng's cultivation technique is not mistaken, at the ninth gate, the System Circuit True Body would enhance his body's capabilities by 100 times.
This is considered a ridiculously high enhancement rate for an enhancement-type True Body, which, on average, only increases the body's power by around 10 times at the ninth gate.

The True Qi functions like Blood Qi, transporting the energy essential for life.
However, after it becomes True Qi, it gains a new trait. In addition to what Blood Qi can do, True Qi can strengthen the flesh and bones of the cultivator to a higher level.
One could also form the True Body by moving the True Qi through the blood vessels and veins in a specific pattern, creating a True Qi pathway within one's body, which is the framework of the True Body, enabling one to access the true power of True Qi.
The True Body had 3 primary types.
The first type is the enhancement-type.
This True Body type is a common type and a simple effect.
While all types of the True Body have a passive effect that greatly enhances one's physical strength, this type extends this effect further.
When the enhancement-type True Body is activated, it will stimulate one's True Qi to enhance the True Body owner's physical strength by one or multiple times.
The enhancement could be specific aspects like strength, speed, recovery, or overall enhancement, like Hengsheng's System Circuit True Body.
What is enhanced and at what rate depend on the True Body that the cultivators have formed and cultivated.
In summary, this type only enhances one's physical strength, nothing special.
The second type is the transformation-type.
This type can transform or alter a part of their body into many forms, such as a natural element, beast, or weapon. This basically allows cultivators to have a false physique.
One could grow a true third eye on the forehead that can see through the truth, grow cat ears and beautiful wings to enhance their charm, and transform the entire body into metal and lightning.
One could even combine various transformations into a single form, such as growing three pairs of arms with metal skin and the flaming blood.
This is possible, one only needs to know the methods to form these kinds of True Body.
The transformation could be temporary or permanent, depending on the cultivator's True Body that had formed.
The third type is a bit special, as it goes against the nature of True Qi, which normally does not extend its power range beyond one's body.
But this type somehow does.
This type is called the Manifestation-type.
This type of True Body could exert its power outward from one's body and manifest into many forms, it could be the ability to form a divine armament like a sword or shield with True Qi.
A magical ability that could summon and control Heavenly lightning and Hellfire, or the ability to project a pseudo Dao domain that gives the cultivators a field advantage.
This type of True Body is the rarest and extremely powerful.
There are also the other True Body types outside these three primary types, but they are not classified since they are either useless or cannot be classified clearly.
These are not necessarily better or worse than the three main types either, like a True Body that permanently blinds its owner's eyes and disables their Divine Sense, making the owner totally useless.
Or the exceedingly rare and dangerous one, like a True Body that could passively plunder the Qi or other elements from all people and objects within its range to strengthen itself.
