The vast sky had been painted with washed clouds, fire, and blood as the sun began descending from the sky. It was a battleground painting where Skylar stood by the window of her skyscraper office, lost in thought.
"I'm going to find it, and nothing could stop me." With firmness, Skylar mumbled, not realizing or hearing Medina's knock if she didn't say anything.
"Boss, why are you still here?" Medina asked in wonder, making Skylar turn and face her sternly.
"I'm about to leave…" She answered but trailed off, confusing Medina until she added a command. "Medina, check my uncle and husband's connection to Alicia Irie and her family. I want full, detailed information, please."
"Sure, but are you bothered by your sudden meet-up with her?" She asked after a nod.
"No, I'm bothered about something else." She corrected her secretary before admitting her curiosity. "I'm curious if they knew about their existence before me."
"I'm on it, but don't forget your next big fish target because Ruby has been doing great in her assigned tasks. Our men were pleased with the smooth flow ever since she was recruited. Their tasks were done without any traces left behind," Medina informed them as they left the company's premises.

At the right time, Skylar geared up into her alter ego, the well-known killer, the Rose Slayer. She hopped on her black Harley Davidson, then came and Medina reminded her about the location.
"They're waiting at the abandoned back door of Rose Net Café Bar for added information about the target. The target is already at the venue, but upon arriving, please ensure to have two faces because Mrs. Saison-Monsour is on the guest list." Medina reminded her boss one more time about the locations where she was needed. "You can look for Sir L; he is also there."
"Affirmative. Be on standby," Rose Slayer answered sinisterly before driving away to do her hunting.

The roar of thunder, the crack of lightning, and the heavy downpour did not stop the huntress known as the Rose Slayer from meeting two women in the secluded area behind the Rose Net Café Bar.
"Right on time." Verosha, Lady Rose commented amusingly as soon as she arrived in the area.
"Never miss," Rose Slayer answered coldly.
"Here you go." Ruby, the newly recruited spy, gave Rose Slayer a key she easily stole from their next target but didn't forget to warn her boss. "It might be fake and a trap based on how easily I get them, but it's enough to play with him since it's you."
"Are you ready to play with him?" Lady Rose asked, making her chuckle.
"Trapping me is the last thing they could do. I'm dead, and I'm still furious about last night." She responded with a grimace, making the ladies shiver.
"We could tell," Lady Rose responded with a chuckle.
"Beta is on the line. Delta has sent the coordinates, and changes in the plan will be up to you. Gamma L is in her position, and Omega is on standby at the finish line." Ruby informed everyone of their positions, making her nod before driving away.
"Let's turn on the beat and lure a horny prey." Rose Slayer mumbled grimly during her drive.

The rainy season became a perfect cloak for a huntress like Rose Slayer. However, she decided to play something different. She changed her outfit from a dark-assassin-huntress look to a mysterious seductress, attending a ball that was happening at the grand hall of a prestigious museum. Her battle scars were all covered, ready to face another battle. Her colored red wavy hair cascaded down, covering her exposed back from wearing a crimson backless with a high slit dress, matching her black killer gladiator heels. However, what made her captivating was her mysterious dark lace mask covering her red lips, striking the guests as she made an entrance.
"Oh, everyone is looking. I like it," Rose Slayer thought as soon as guests saw her enter. They were all gawking at her mysterious beauty, stunning them speechless. However, her eyes fixated only on one person, and it was not her husband but a prey. "There you are."
Rose Slayer waltzed into the ball confidently, freezing everyone and forgetting she was not invited. As soon as she descended, everything seemed to be moving again, and when she grabbed a wine over the buffet area, a target finally came.
"And who might you be, making an entrance like that?" An amused old man in his fifties asked as he approached Rose Slayer.
"Oh my, this is early. My prey came to me. I'm pleased," Rose Slayer thought sarcastically before she daringly answered. "Someone who could bring an asset to your career as a mayor, Mr. Tyron Santos."
"Interesting, but I already have them." He chuckled amusingly, checking the mysterious woman in red from head to toe and subconsciously wetting his lips.
"Oh, too bad, I could make anyone here look and listen to me like what happened earlier." She chuckled teasingly, making the man amused.
"Impress me." He challenged, but Rose Slayer declined and passed him.
"There's nothing to impress if you are not interested." She sweetly whispered, tickling the man's ears before walking away, making sure her hips gave a seductive body language.
"I'm surprised you're here." Liam greeted her with familiarity, making her nod before asking her softly, "Are you here for a night hunt?"
"And set on the man eyeing my back like meat," Rose Slayer softly responded before speaking to him with familiarity, making sure her prey would hear them. "Well, your wife told me to be her proxy and keep an eye on you, preventing those nasty whores from staring at you."
"Touché." Liam chuckled, getting the idea, and helped her out, which didn't last when her prey interjected with curiosity.
"Mr. Park-Kim, do you know this captivating woman?" Tyron asked Liam as his gaze lingered on her. Rose Slayer liked that.
"Oh, yes, Mr. Santos. She's Rosa, my wife's best friend and our business partner." He answered with a friendly tone.
"A businesswoman." Surprised, Tyron reacted, making Rose Slayer smile proudly.
"Yes, she is. She's been helping me keep my company flourishing, and she could do the same with yours since you're running for mayor of Allor Ville," Liam said, giving a word for her, and the man caught up, not only with Liam's good words but also with her mysterious beauty.
"Then can I borrow her for a meeting? I want to discuss with her about my candidacy," Tyron wondered as his eyes held desire as he stared into Rose Slayer's eyes.
"Ask her, sir, not me." Liam chuckled.
"Will you?" he asked her directly.
"If it's business, then let's settle them." She responded politely before whispering to Liam. "They're on the spot."
"I see good luck then," Liam whispered as he watched them leave the buffet area and go to the bar side.

They spent time talking about business and plans for the man's candidacy for mayor of Allor Ville, and so far, the man loves Rose Slayer's idea. But the more they talked about business, the more the man got drunk while facing death with building lust. Rose Slayer can hold her liquor pretty well, making her pull the strings plotted around the venue. She planned it well, and she was ready.
"Let's play the game of death," Rose Slayer thought, ending their meeting with flying colors while pretending to be tipsy, and went to the comfort room.
Like on plan, without anyone noticing, her prey followed within a few steps behind her tail. In a few seconds, in a corner blind spot, she was harshly pushed inside the men's restroom, to a cubicle, and was about to get harassed when she dominated him.
"I got you now," Rose Slayer tauntingly whispered, making the man shiver with desire—he was lost in alcohol and lust. Then she whispered seductively, but the truth was she was ready to send him off to his deathbed. "Take it off and let me drive you insane."
"Oh, fuck. I want to get inside you." Tyron whispered hoarsely, making her grin.
"Sit. Let me take care of it." She whispered, tickling the man's ears, but he immediately fell asleep. She drugged him with Two-Star FRSil that she secretly put over his last shot. "Woah, it's just a drop. It's strong for humans. Well, it's indeed useful. See you in your dreams."
Rose Slayer came out from the man's cubicle, not caring about the five men in dark suits around, guarding the men's room. She went to the vanity sink and washed her hands, removing her disgust before turning cold to the men in suits.
"What time is it?" Rose Slayer asked coldly, jolting the nearby man beside her.
"Just fifteen minutes since he pushed you here inside." The man beside him answered coldly like he was trained to.
"I see. What a horny old man." She sighed, yet the smug grin beneath her lace mask stated amusement. Then she commanded the two men. "Wake him. Let's see how he'll take it."
Two men woke him, and by jolting up, Tyron Santos woke up, experiencing butterflies in the men's bathroom. Then, he was greeted by distorted figures, more frightening than Freddy Krueger from A Nightmare on Elm Street. He begged the man next to him to be saved, but the man turned into a melting human wax. He panicked, horrified, trying to escape from his hallucinations until he stumbled into the arms of a mysterious, beautiful woman.
"Are you okay, old man?" Rose Slayer gently asked.
"My angel," Tyron groggily answered, making the men chuckle.
"Yes, I'm your angel of death who was sent to collect your debt, Mr. Tyron Santos, or should I say retired Lieutenant Major Santos." Rose Slayer whispered before pushing him away, making the man horrified like he had seen a ghost.
"Y-you're d-dead," Tyron whispered in fright, making her tauntingly smirk.
"Because you are now. Bye-bye." She sinisterly smirked, making the man scream in fright, but he lost his voice as his hallucination kept ringing badly. He tripped on his feet, causing his head to bump hard on the toilet, unconscious and bleeding. "That's easy."
"Shall we end his misery?" One of her men asked while checking the man's pulse.
"Hm, we will. Bring it here. The woman he had earlier." She chuckled, leaving a stern command on them. "Let's take him to his deathbed."
Rose Slayer turned the accident scene into a crime by drugging the man once more, causing his heart rate to fail, and tearing his clothes, making it an after-sex crime scene. But to add more depth and make it real, a woman's corpse lay beside the man with a certain flow to her clothes.
"You fucked and killed her. Now, you died the same way." Rose Slayer whispered coldly, leaving the fully set crime scene without leaving any traces of their involvement.
Rose Slayer went to the women's restroom, where Gamma L had been waiting and securing the area. Without saying anything, Rose Slayer removed everything she used and was seen by everyone, revealing Skylar, the CEO. She fled like the wind but was stopped by Mr. Santos's expected bodyguard.
"Excuse me, ma'am, have you seen Mr. Santos?" A man, a bodyguard asked when Skylar came out from the restroom.
"Who?" With a confused expression, Skylar asked coldly when her phone rang. It was Vincencio. "Hello, Hubby. I'm on the way home, but somebody is blocking my way to get home."
'Tsk, I should be there. I know we had a misunderstanding, but why didn't you take me with you?'
"I know I should, and I regret it now because I'm annoyed with those annoying men trying to have a partnership with me. Next time, I'll chain you to me wherever I go. I miss you already." Skylar answered while pouting and trying to get out of the restroom area, but the bodyguard wouldn't let her. "This man is annoying."
'I miss you too. Hurry up, I'll make your salad.'
"Alright, I'll be there as soon as I can, Hubby." Annoyed, Skylar still managed to sound sweet to her husband.
'I love you.'
"Love you too," Skylar responded and coldly glared at the man. "What's your problem?"
"As I was asking…" the bodyguard was about to ask again when Medina's voice echoed through the hall.
"Ah! There you are, Mrs. Saison-Monsour. Sir Rusco is looking for you. He said he wanted you to meet the man who owned this museum." Medina saved her from being cornered and pulled her immediately.
"Now you know I'm well-connected, bitch," annoyed, Skylar thought when she noticed the jolt over the bodyguard's body language. She saw fear in them but ignored it and went with Medina. "Again? I already met the man."
"Well, maybe for connections." Medina chuckled before adding a whisper. "Neatly done, and Vincencio awaits your return."
"I know, and we have to talk about last night. I miss him already," Skylar admitted as they quickly walked away from the crime scene.
