"Huh, really?" Lenz asked.
Ormoc then positively nodded. "Yeah, you can always learn from your mistakes, reflect on them, and improve for the better."
For a long time, Lenz and his party never thought of it, for they had been focusing on their skills, achievements, and prestige by rank and social class.
Chivo was inferior to them, yet he had better things than them thanks to Basilio.
Now, the party agreed with Ormoc's advice and apologized to Basilio, who then accepted it wholeheartedly. Ormoc and the Vamzoms were happy in this, and after, Ormoc said to them that he was Basilio's older brother, much to their surprise and chagrin.
And then, by 7 o'clock, a helicopter from Pantano, which was owned by Kauko Carabello, landed on Nuevo Tacloban's castle helipad to pick up the Wolken Party. The party was positive despite what their fate under Pantano judiciary system would determine later that day. Upon arriving and getting off, Kauko, a middle-aged man of 40 years, had black stocky hair, thick beard, emerald, green eyes, and a tough physique, went to them and gave a glare and a scolding at them for their stupidity here in Ruslav. The Wolken Party apologized to them and said that they are willing to take punishment he would find as fitting.
Seeing that they apologized, Kauko was positive, before shaking hands with Basilio and Ormoc and others in their group. "Thank you for taking care of them."
Basilio and Ormoc, alongside Helena, Artem, and Arnoud, were grateful for his gratitude, and Ormoc said on his younger brother's behalf, "Yes, you're welcome, sir. No problem at all."
With that, Kauko had his escorts escort the Wolken Party into his helicopter and said his goodbyes and farewells to Basilio and his group.
After that, the helicopter took off back to Pantano's capital city. Watching this from the ground, Basilio and Artem commented how Kauko was a decent person who was not corrupted by money or power, just like Cas and Benjamín. "Well, everything went well for both sides," Ormoc commented.
Basilio then nodded. "Yeah."
And then, his phone rang with a notification that today was Aldona's 8th birthday, much to his alert. So, he turned to everyone in the scene and said, "Oh, everyone, today is Aldona's eighth birthday. Wanna come to Chivo's house this noon? Ms. Valeria said that she'll have a birthday party for Aldona there."
"Oh, yeah!" Artem said excitedly.
"We'll come, sir!" Helena added with enthusiasm.
"Me too as well," Ormoc added happily.
At this hour, Chivo was at his hometown preparing for the birthday party and doing house chores at his family home alongside Aldona, Agnieszka, and Valeria.
At the same time, everyone really liked that Chivo had become the first non-Vamzom to don the Forest Vamzoms' military uniform, and it had long garnered attention a long time ago. Now, decorations for the birthday had been set in the house's living room and dining room. Valeria had ordered a cake from a local bakery for a few Presas, and it will be on its way before lunchtime.
